4/5 stars for the customer service. Missing a star because the order showed up slightly brown. And I was not able to choose the color roses I wanted for the order. I enjoyed when I, personally, received a Fresh Sends box. I love the packaging and it was fun to open. I sent Fresh Sends to a friend as a congratulations and when she sent a thank you photo, I was slightly mortified by some of the sad roses. She was happy to receive and loves them, never mentioned the slightly brown ones. I reached out to customer service, I could reply directly to the sent email notification which was SO NICE, as often times you need to start a whole new thread. Lily was quick to solve the issues and resent roses in 2 days. She even noted I wanted a different color than white. It is so rare to come across a brand that holds themselves to a high standard and responds quickly with a solution. Because of this, I would order again.
