I’m very happy to share that I’m a 5 posture bras , 3 ace v neck , 3 sculpt plus leggings, 5 socks owner now of Forme.science wearables. I will admit I was skeptical, But I am a 55 year old retired physician who suffered a scoliosis surgery 35 years ago with implantation of steel rods with spinal fusion from my mid thoracic to bottom lumbar region. As I’ve aged, the pain, fatigue, forward leaning posture and bone density issues have all been getting worse! I was forced to retire few years ago due to pain. My daily quality of life was suffering due to these combined problems. So, I asked myself, “what do I have to lose”? Just 1 massage or PT session will pay for the try of one item! Massage is the only way to relieve my pain and help realign my posture, temporarily. Well, Forme has helped me, yes! I can stand longer, walk farther, ride a stationary bike, and all while in less pain! I’ve even started to wear it for sleep. It keeps me aligned while I sleep with less stiffness in the morning. Are the power bras “easy” to get on? At my age and level of stiffness not at first no, it wasn’t. But I have managed to do it! It does get easier with practice. It is the best posture bra upon wear. It has corrected my posture with increased stamina. Customer service has been superb with quick response time. I never had problems buying Forme during sale or following company return policy. Nurses love Forme bra. I have bought 6 bras since 2022. The power bra = power, posture, and stamina, perfect for my line of duty. Last year after ordering the incorrect power bra size and leggings for me, I received the most excellent, prompt customer service from the Forme team. They were responsive, friendly, and helped me quickly resolve my exchange and return. It is important to read and follow guidelines like most consumers and not finger pointing for not following rules and procedures. Since my first exchange I have ordered 5 more, and will definitely order more ! Many of my nurse peers wear Forme bra under scrubs.

absolutely terric！ Customer service and askadoctor were very responsive. Received 2 replies within 24 hours. Made one exchange without issues. Finally，fantastic posture correcting activewear nothing comparable. After wearing Forme for 1 year I no longer visit Chiropractors！ Bought over 5 posture tees ， long sleeve and polo.

Big Fan of Forme science. I have been wearing Forme under surgical scrubs for few years, Since then I have bought core tee, ace tee, polo tee, pro shorts, ergo shorts, and socks… when something makes you feel as physically great as Forme does, you realize how important is to have it as your daily wear. The posture shirts instantly pull your shoulders back and correct your posture naturally without efforts-you will feel it as soon as you wear it. I did not realize I can breathe better with less back / neck muscle tightness during surgery and work out… no stress physically or mentally. The ergo shorts provided strong lower back support and the socks fixed feet pain from 10 hours of standing in surgery. I also wear 2 pairs for running 5-10 K few times a week. Clearly I am a fan along with many surgeons and nurses in my hospital. The experiences I have received have been incredible. You must try on to feel the difference!

I’ve been wearing Forme for 4+yrs and it has really helped my day to day posture and athletic performance. I am a busy Asia based hedge fund partner and single handicap golfer. I highly recommend this product to everyone. I have given Forme bras, shirts, legging, shorts, and socks as gifts to many friends and everyone with the exception of one person has been extremely happy and have purchased more. For those who feel some discomfort in the beginning it’s because Forme is trying to fix your posture so don’t give up too quickly! If you keep wearing Forme it becomes more and more comfortable over time. Like breaking in a new pair of leather shoes or boots.

As a scoliosis dentist often plagued with poor posture and upper back aches I wore Forme for 8 weeks under DrForme advices. It was the best advice anyone had provided to me for the last 5 years, and it worked! Yes- beyond expectations - and the cost far out weighed any PT or Chiro sessions. A must buy for all dentist!

I wear the posture bra support, t-shirt, and socks. I really like them all. I have scoliosis and have a tendency to slouch. I stand on my feet 12-14 hours a day and the posture support built in the bra and shirt has made a difference. Since I am also standing on my feet for long hours, it has made a positive and corrective difference for my overall physical improvement. This clothing line is worth the money and the physical value you receive from it is extraordinary. I love Forme and have recommended to family and friends.

I was runned 2 full marathon with this bra in this head . Full marathon runner 5 star recommend this brand. Very good for sports, keeping body comfortable during sports.

OBSESSED. Forme wearables are my favorite as it is functional and stylish. It provides support and comfort. I am wearing over two months and noticing less pain in back and neck and better posture.

Bought the forme shirt and shorts. Tried the shirt for a couple nights and it is indeed hot to wear. Also i washed the shirt by itself in my basically brand new washer and the dye from the undershirt stained the white shirt. Emailed the company multiple times and they basically just asked me what I washed it with and then silence. Have emailed them many times in the past month but no response. For a shirt that cost almost $170 you would think you would get more than one wear out of it and better customer service. Definitely would not recommend. Also the shorts were basically overpriced compression shorts.

I own two Forme shirts now - it has an immediate effect on my posture and form.

I really wanted this bra to be an everyday fix for my posture, but instead it compressed my chest and chafed my armpits. It definitely increased my stature some, but doesn't feel worth the wear considering how uncomfy it is, and certainly not enough to justify the high price.
