This costly item ended up being worthless, and there is no return process. I brought both the size that was supposed to fit me. It was not just a little tight. It couldn’t fit on somebody much smaller save your money.

The rumors are true- as soon as I put this on - I could feel my posture change. It isn't something that I am wearing everyday - but its something I'm wearing a few times a week, and have noticed a small difference - but I'm still very new with the product. My one note - is that it is tight around the armpits. With more wears its getting better, but it definitely is aggressive at first - so be prepared if you get over stimulated sometimes! You will then probably want to wear it in short intervals at first. I did do measurements and got a size M - and as a little bustier of a girl - the girls do feel squeezed some. It washes well and seems to wear well! Excited to continue to use it!

I’ve been using the Forme Power Bra in size M (I’m 5’3” and about 123 lbs), and I genuinely love it. The posture support is incredible—it immediately helps you stand taller and feel more aligned, without sacrificing comfort. It gives just the right amount of compression and structure while still being super breathable and easy to wear all day. The fabric is high-quality and feels amazing against the skin. I’ve worn it to the studio, on the go, and even under everyday outfits—and it gives me that confident, supported feeling every time. The only thing I’d suggest is adding light padding or a liner, especially for the lighter colors. I have the white one, and while it’s beautiful, it’s a little more see-through than I’d prefer. That said, I absolutely recommend this bra and can’t wait to grab it in another color!

Forme is the best available! I have been wearing their posture-correcting bras since 2022, and now it is just part of my daily dressing routine. They are comfy and effective at proactively taking care of and training my muscles. As a hypermobile person who also has lung issues from long COVID, this has been huge for my recovery.

I purchased this product having been convinced it was worth the exorbitant cost of $100 from a demonstration on a television show. I regret my impressionable nature. The thing is almost impossible to get on if you have relatively large breasts. It is not one size fits all - it comes in sizes which suggested to me it should be possible to get on even though I do in fact have large breasts. While I do not have back pain or other problems, I value good posture and loved the idea of being reminded to maintain it. Here is the rub: their unusual return policy. Most companies give you 30 days from the time of receipt of product. This company gives you 14 days from the time of payment, so when your charge posts. That date is before you receive the product. So, if you decide this thing is not for you, you are very likely to get a nasty surprise, finding out you are now stuck with an unwanted $100 unusable top. I wish I had not fallen for this. I can't afford to throw that kind of money away.

Make sure to get the power bra!

I picked up a Forme bra when I had some extra FSA money, and it was totally worth the splurge. The construction is super sturdy, and I can genuinely feel it helping with my posture. My back even cracks sometimes when it pulls my shoulders back — in a good way! If you’re thinking about it and have some extra funds, I’d say go for it.

Such good quality material! Super comfy and helps my day to day posture! The leggings are squat proof and stretchable.

The Forme sports bra has been a game changer for me. On days I wake up feeling tight but still need to get through a full practice as a professional athlete, it helps me feel more supported and aligned, especially in my upper back and shoulders. It’s subtle but makes a big difference in how I move and recover. And the customer service is excellent — super helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The leggings are also so comfortable and compressive! Highly recommend!

I wear a bra because it helps me focus on the right areas when I do Pilates. The shoulder blades are the most important part of the body, and naturally lengthening my back muscles gives me a lot of hope for the future. And, I really love this rose pink color!

I got the power bra and it has been a game changer when I am on my computer for hours editing. It has even made a difference when I am reading or washing dishes. My upper back is not in as much pain as it usually is after those activities. I notice an instant difference in my alignment and posture when I put it on and I am excited to see how my posture improves over time.

Incredible customer service - I emailed CS on Saturday and they replied on Sunday to expedite my Forme bra exchange. My forme bra worn by Taylor Swift is life changing!
