I snagged a couple of these in single packs at my local sprouts to try since they were a marketed a bit healthier than liquid IV. I’m glad I got the single packs rather than the full canister. In terms of that salt flavor that Liquid IV has, it’s much better but it does have a coconut taste. I don’t really care for coconut but it’s tolerable. The problem I ran into is, it’s made with stevia which gave me severe stomach upset: 💩💩💩💩. I wanted to like it but I’d rather them use real sugar or another sugar substitute. For now I’ll stick to getting my hydration needs from Cirkul like I’ve been doing.

Would recommend
I have tried many of Cure’s flavors. They work and taste great! The strawberry kiwi and grapefruit are outstanding. The ginger turmeric is on another level. One of the best hydration packets I have ever tried. I use it almost every morning.
