I love Crown Affair, and I think The Oil is my favorite hair oil I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t weigh down my fine hair but still has enough glide to cover how long it is! I also like the Air Drying Mousse for easy waves.

Using Crown Affair has been an upgrade in my routine. I’ve been using the Volumizing Shampoo and the Hydrating Conditioner, and the combo does what it says—my hair feels clean, light, soft and nourished. I liked being able to build my own bundle of their products (I actually did a set of 4 and a set of 3 to try a wide range). From the core set to the masks and serums, the textures are lightweight and moisturizing with clean scents (and ingredients). The styling products work well in tandem to keep my often chaotic hair at bay.

I have very long, normal thickness, wavy/curly 2b/2c hair and I have loved my experience with every Crown Affair Product. The Leave-In - this is my favorite product in the line. It’s a medium consistency that easily and evenly distributes through my hair. Leaves my hair soft and manageable. Air drying I experience almost no frizz but a little frizz with a rough blow dry. The scent is amazing. It’s smells clean and musky, it’s not overpowering, but doesn’t last super long. I wash my hair at night and by morning I don’t smell it anymore. The Mousse - I have loved this for air drying. It’s a very thin almost mousse, doesn’t leave a cast but just helps define my waves and gives me soft texture and frizz control. Great low maintenance hair day product. Same amazing scent as the leave-in. The Gel - I didn’t expect to love this product or even use it that much but I reach for this several times a week, usually when I’m slicking my hair back to go to the gym to tame my flyaways. It’s not a hard gel and actually kind of disappears when you brush through your hair. I can use this for a slick back and then brush through and wear my hair down without it looking greasy and with no crunchy feeling at all. Lasts me through a hot Pilates class as well. The Oil - I use this on my ends almost every night. It feels more like a dry oil which I love because it doesn’t make my hair look greasy. I’ve definitely overused it though and it has made my hair look greasy but that’s on me. Smells great (same clean musky scent), hydrates my ends, and leaves a shiny look as long as I don’t use too much. The Towel - love the waffle texture, it can fit all of my long hair, has a loop to secure the towel end, stays on my head, very comfortable. I love it. The Mini Brush and Scrunchies - the scrunchies are great. They have good tension (though I’m sure after some time they’ll loosen like every hair tie does) and they don’t pull my hair. The Mini Brush was my least favorite product. It wasn’t able to reach though all of hair so it was just brushing the surface and not getting to the underside which is fine on the ends but not near my scalp. I don’t feel like I noticed oil distribution from the boar bristles either. All in all I’ve loved my Crown Affair products and I will be repurchasing. They look great on a vanity and I love the results. Definitely recommend!

All time favorite hair care brand. My absolute hero product is the dry shampoo which I am constantly pushing on my friends and is the only dry shampoo I have found that works consistently, doesn't leave a white haze (once letting it work in), and doesn't make my hair feel stiff after using. The Ritual shampoo & conditioner duo is also my most consistently used shower product, with the hair towel after for easier drying process. I wish I could spray the hair fragrance everywhere, all the time (praying for the return of the Nette collab candle). Recently bought the new overnight repair serum and have been enjoying a lot, even if just for the smell. I think the hair oil is good, but have found other products that I like just a teeny bit more.

The quality of Crown Affair products is unmatched. My hair has never felt healthier, and the entire experience — from packaging to results — feels like a daily ritual. Each formula is lightweight but effective, and everything smells clean and luxurious without being overpowering. I especially love how intentional the brand feels — it’s more than just haircare, it’s a routine I actually look forward to.

Good god this product smells awful. My husband told me that if someone came into my house with such a strong fragrance on, I would make them leave, and he's 100% right. It took many shampoos to get the scent out. And the first day it was so strong it gave me a headache. I dont understand how such a clean brand (which I love about it!) would have such a strong scent. I mostly buy unscented products because I only shop super clean brands, and I would think this brand would have an unscented version. The actual product made my hair feel quite nice. But if you have an aversion to fragrance at all, beware.
My hair has never been happier since discovering Crown Affair's The Oil. It tames frizz without weighing down my waves. The glass dropper bottle is both beautiful and practical - no spills or waste.
I have loved every Crown Affair product I have tried - and I have tried a lot! For someone who has fine hair that needs product but can’t be weighed down, I can use their products and layer without my hair feeling heavy. My hair loves their Oil and it doesn’t make my hair feel oily, just hydrated. Their leave in conditioner also helps keep my hair hydrated. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how soft my hair is after I use their masks, and they are the only hair masks I look forward to using in the shower. Their dry shampoo turned me off aerosols and their air dry mousse is unlike other products. I have not needed to repurchase in 6 months and I use them frequently, so I find they are worth the money. Definitely recommend if you have fine hair!
