Easy to use and attractive charger. I appreciate that it saves space. I keep it in my kitchen for easy phone charging that doesn't take up my whole counter. Packaging is nice. It is expensive for a basic charger though.

I can confirm that this is the most beautiful phone charger I’ve ever seen in real life. The retractable cord is super convenient, and works very smoothly. I can’t confirm on how the actual charging works, because the charger didn’t fit any of my devices. Apparently usb-c chargers only work in more recently launched devices, which was a bummer.

Not the best picture but because of the first plug! Counterparts charger is so aesthetically pleasing and just makes sense. Such a smart idea and I bought extra to give as Christmas gifts to others. Now I just need to upgrade my phone…

10/10! Not only is it fun to use, it's super functional. I bought it to use in my kitchen so there is always a charger near by but it's not an eyesore and can be easily tucked away! The feel of it is super luxe, the design is really cute, and the functionality is top notch for me. It's nice to have a charger than can be short and long rather than having a million chargers for different needs. I do wish they had this is the old lightning cable but love using it for products that have USB C!

I’m excited to have a chic travel friendly charger. It is a bit pricy but I guess if buying a new charger from Apple it is more expensive. The branding and packaging is also very appealing. Will be replacing my chunky phone charger for any travel

The day has come and I received my preorder counterpart. For the launch of a new brand, I found the checkout experience and package delivery seamless. When opening the product I was pleasantly surprised at how high quality the material is. I love the way the button feels! Originally was a little concerned at how bulky it might be, but it's truly a great size. Beats the heck out of having to reach in your bag to pull out a disaster of a cable and searching for a loose plug. Very excited and looking forward to what else they might bring in the future. Extra long cable option?

Saw this product on Thingtesting as soon as it posted and immediately started researching… the product started shipping in December and I got my hands on an evergreen one this week. I love the design, although bigger than I originally thought. However, to fit 4 ft of cord there has to be somewhere for it all to go… love how this looks when not in use and such a sleek design. Adding this to my travel gift guide for sure. Can’t wait for customization to hopefully be offered in the future!

I have been testing counterpart for a few months now, and I am loving the mess-free, tangle-free cord moment the most. My counterpart charger has lived in my work bag and travel bags due to the ease of putting away the cord / pulling it out when needed -- no more wrapping it around the block / damaging the cable. Even though the charger is meant for mobile phones currently, I used it with my MacBook Pro and although it wasn't the fastest charge, it kept my computer alive for a 4 hour train ride.

In love. Ordered the 3 pack in 3 different colors and love them all. They fit in the palm of your hand and are such good quality. I've now taken mine with me on a train, to a hotel, and use it at home and the retractable cord is so freaking amazing. No extra cord length to deal with and love pushing the button to get it back in! Extremely worth it and also excellent gifts.

it is crazy to me that this wasn't already made!! It is so easy to use. I love the matte finish which makes it easy to hold and not slip. I wish it was a bit thinner and the price point is a bit high. I can't say it is worth the full $44 because you can wrap up a chord and it takes up less space, but this is a great innovation and just needs to come down in price.

For those who always seem to be in search of a charger, Counterpart has swept in to the rescue. Super convenient, and comes in lots of fun color ways to match every type of decor. Would definitely highly recommend!

So tickled by this brand, product and the story/founder who created a product when she wasn't satisfied with any on the market. I ordered the pale blue wall charger during pre-sale and was delighted to receive it not too long after. I agree with this product's main goal in making cord chaos more aesthetic, practical, and pleasant. I haven't found the perfect home/outlet for mine yet because I wish the length of the cord could be a little longer. But I do LOVE the way it looks in general and then popped into a wall outlet. It's a simple design that is much better than ugly, dingy cords flopped all over the floor. I plan on purchasing more of these and hope the brand continues to evolve.

I really love the look and feel of Counterpart products—sleek, modern, and high-quality materials. However, I did find them to be a bit on the bulky side compared to some other brands. Still, the design and durability make it a solid choice if you’re willing to trade off a bit of compactness for style and function.

Obsessed - bought it to have an aesthetic charger beside my bed, but its so functional, why has no one else created a charger that retracts like a tape measure?
