Very Disappointed I dropped my iphone from a table while using your product a $100 case the one you guys said it’s a (drop protection) and then crack all the back of my iphone, while i use the case from iphone product drop couple time even higher than the table it’s perfectly fine and then it took only 1 month using your product and BOOM! See the photos below

SUPER disappointed! I bought the new Mandalorian Beskar case and within 2 MINUTES of putting the case on my fingernail was able to scratch the design off! It honestly baffles me that the design aren't printed on the INSIDE of the case! I'm so sad... 50 fucking dollars for the design to be cheaply printed on! After reading everyone's reviews of their return troubles, I'm just going to spray a clear coat over it and hope for the best. I gave it 2 stars and not 1 because the case seems decent...but this is only Day One. ffs. Fuck Casetify. Save your money....

Ugh so disappointed when i ordered from here. I was do excited because the designs and options are cute… but 1. Durability.. nope. 1 week into having received my $98 dollar leather case there was a rip at the bottom. 2. Customer service? Horrendous. I’ve basically been in a email chain for the last month and a half of them telling me they can’t refund me because their warehouse hasn’t received my phone case that i mailed priority TWO months ago.

Horrible quality. Within five days of receiving the item the print started peeling off the case. Website says they will return or exchange and customer service will not accommodate

Great designs but it's lacking long term durability. Initially it protected my phone excellently but then the right side warped and bubbles out rendering it useless to protect my phone. I emailed at 7 months past purchase and they offered me 15% off a new purchase. What?!?! For $45 and a wait time of a month for delivery, it's not worth it.

I bought a “iPhone 14/14 Plus Camera Lens Protector” and it’s broken already, only been used for 2 weeks. VERY Poor quality!! Not worth spending your money on this product!! It scratches easily, the first day I had it on then there’s long deep scratches I don’t even know where it came from. And today I accidentally place my iPhone on my handbag buckle and it shattered!! Just like that!! Shocking!!!!! And this product has no warranty. They don’t specifically say anywhere on the page of the product but in a small fine print, so be very careful reading through anything on their webpages. Honestly don’t waste your money buying this protector from Casetify! Paid $30 you think you’ll get better quality and stronger proctor, but sorry you got scammed!! I’ll just recommend you to buy ebay cheap lens protector which works better than Casetify! Last ebay cheap lens protector I got worked for more than a year for my iPhone! And $30 Casetify lens protector only lasted 2 weeks!! Big joke!! And they are very slow delivery to Australia!!

This case lasted less than a month before breaking. The warranty is bulls**t and they won’t replace it… got ripped off

Loved the design on the case but after 3 months, the sides began to separate from the back.

They sent me a defect. When asked for return, they insist on sending a replacement which never came and eventually you lose your warranty because it’s delay in pinpong emailing losing your warranty period. They will promise you for replacement but eventually say they lost track of the replacement, make you wait for another 2 month. Their customer service is shit, it’s like you’re talking to a wall and they never actually try to solve the problem but prolong it until you lose a loyal customer.

I’m absolutely obsessed with the CASETiFY x One Piece collaboration! The designs are perfect for any fan, and the quality is top-notch. I really appreciate CASETiFY providing a platform for artists to sell their artwork, and I adore the case I have from here. It works well, and it has the cutest little lemon design! Well worth the price.

Been using this brand for years - the quality is always top notch and best selection of designs.

I love these cases - they're so durable, and you really can choose cool designs if you dig. The designs they blast on their front pages are a bit tacky, but you can work something out for this level drop resistance. My phone is always safe when it's in a Casetify case.

sturdy but the design on the case will rub off

They're on the expensive end, and shipping took forever, but overall I've liked the cases I've purchased and they've done a good job of protecting my phone! Lots of really fun, unique case options!

I have bought a few iPhone cases in the past because I liked the designs and the prices were still somewhat reasonable at the time. However, I immediately switched to another brand when my phone fell down the stairs and case caused the volume button to jam as part of the fall. Really quite the opposite of what a protective case is supposed to do.

Takes a while to ship, but really love the artists they collaborate and pop ups. My phone has been dropped everywhere and the camera + screen are pristine. Love the loop for phone charms!

Good Quality and lots of choices. Doesn't get the full five stars because they don't offer any interesting textures + they are definitely on the higher end of cases in terms of prices (Official Apple cases are 40 - 50 dollars, and those are widely regarded as overpriced). They do have some really cool collabs tho, some of which are super unique (like DHL, which had a very interesting line), so it isn't TOO hard to justify the prices.

There are so many design options to choose from, including how tough you want the case to be. So far, my case has helped with phone drops on hard surfaces (the case will take the impact and "bounce").

I really enjoyed using Casetify cases. Plenty of options in terms of designs and durability. I always opt for the more durable options, and my phone has lasted very well. There are also many frequent sales if you are looking for a deal!
