I bought a “iPhone 14/14 Plus Camera Lens Protector” and it’s broken already, only been used for 2 weeks.  
VERY Poor quality!! Not worth spending your money on this product!!

It scratches easily, the first day I had it on then there’s long deep scratches I don’t even know where it came from.
And today I accidentally place my iPhone on my handbag buckle and it shattered!! Just like that!! Shocking!!!!! 

And this product has no warranty. They don’t specifically say anywhere on the page of the product but in a small fine print, so be very careful reading through anything on their webpages.

Honestly don’t waste your money buying this protector from Casetify!
Paid $30 you think you’ll get better quality and stronger proctor, but sorry you got scammed!! 
I’ll just recommend you to buy ebay cheap lens protector which works better than Casetify! Last ebay cheap lens protector I got worked for more than a year for my iPhone! And $30 Casetify lens protector only lasted 2 weeks!! Big joke!! 

And they are very slow delivery to Australia!! 



I have multiple cases from Casetify and love them all! I rarely drop my phone but in the times I have it has saved me a fee to fix my phone. The artwork and designs are cute as well. When I did have an issue they easily helped me and replaced a faulty case, free of charge. 

They need at least a year warranty and to stand behind their product for a costly 

Great designs but it's lacking long term durability. Initially it protected my phone excellently but then the right side warped and bubbles out rendering it useless to protect my phone. I emailed at 7 months past purchase and they offered me 15% off a new purchase. What?!?!  For $45 and a wait time of a month for delivery, it's not worth it. 

Unless you see a specific design you like, you can definitely find a cheaper alternative 

Love all the fun designs and how they partner with artists! After getting a new phone, I didn't want to get another casetify case because they're pretty expensive. They got me because one of my favorite artists partered with them and I wanted to support. It's definitely too expensive for what it is, but I know the case will last as long as my phone will (I had my last one for 2 years.)  

Horrible quality. Within five days of receiving the item the print started peeling off the case. Website says they will return or exchange and customer service will not accommodate 

Just spare yourself the money and hassle… go order from amazon lol. 

It’s not worth the hype.

Ugh so disappointed when i ordered from here. I was do excited because the designs and options are cute… but

1. Durability.. nope. 1 week into having received my $98 dollar leather case there was a rip at the bottom.

2. Customer service? Horrendous. I’ve basically been in a email chain for the last month and a half of them telling me they can’t refund me because their warehouse hasn’t received my phone case that i mailed priority TWO months ago. 

SUPER disappointed! I bought the new Mandalorian Beskar case and within 2 MINUTES of putting the case on my fingernail was able to scratch the design off! It honestly baffles me that the design aren't printed on the INSIDE of the case! I'm so sad... 50 fucking dollars for the design to be cheaply printed on! 

After reading everyone's reviews of their return troubles, I'm just going to spray a clear coat over it and hope for the best. I gave it 2 stars and not 1 because the case seems decent...but this is only Day One. ffs. Fuck Casetify. Save your money....

I love the CASETiFY customization! You get to pick the phone case design, color, and protection level. It is a really cool concept to be able to customize everything. I chose the Lucky design that is compostable. LOVE the sustainability! The case is very high quality and incredibly durable! 

Very Disappointed I dropped my iphone from a table  while using your product a $100 case the one you guys said it’s a (drop protection) and then crack all the back of my iphone, while i use the case from iphone product drop couple time even higher than the table it’s perfectly fine and then it took only 1 month using your product and BOOM!

Order and receiving was ok. The Website well done. But that is all there is. It took a long time until we received the cares. 
The quality is extremely bad,  made in China all the way. Bought 2 cares for iPhone 11 for my kids, spent >80€. Exactly 1 year later the rubber frame came off, at both (!!) cases. 
Since they only offer a 6 month guarantee, guarantee is usually 1 year by law or even 2 years for material failutes like such, we only got a 15-20% discount offered for the next order. (Every other day they have 15% specials, so what makes this offer to me special?)
Why would one pay another €80+ , discounted €70 for cares that die in 1 year? Still crap!
