  • This was my third casteify case. In general I really love their cases but this one for a bit of a disappointment. It did not come with mag safe like the photos showed and also the quality just did not feel as good as the ones I have had before. Shipping was also super slow and the return process is a real pain.

  • I love all of the fun collaborations that Casetify has! I cannot think of any other brand that is as diverse in their collaborations from museums to Pokémon and Dragon Ball Z. Having the app is also a game changer to have access to exclusive case designs as well.

  • Very very disappointed. Have bought 3 casetify cases, 1 every year for the past 3 years and I will not buy another one. $60 for a case that will GUARANTEED fall apart within 8 months. Every single case ive bought from them has fallen apart at the edges. The rubber completely disconnects from the plastic backing everytime. Making my phone fall out the case. The print on the cases arent even slightly worn but the case is completely falling apart. Makes me so sad because I loved casetify, i think they have the cutest case colors and prints, definitely unique. But not worth the money unfortunately. If casetify could fix this or compensate then it might be worth it but to spend $60 on a case every couple of months is ridiculous. Do better please.

  • I discovered Casetify because of their Sailor Moon collaborations. I loved their design of the Luna Airpods ori case and HAD to have it. The pricing is very high which is why I gave it 4 stars. A lot of items sold out fast and the "notify me" function on the website doesn't work very well. I received a notification of a restock and it was not in stock when I went to the site.

  • Love all the fun designs and how they partner with artists! After getting a new phone, I didn't want to get another casetify case because they're pretty expensive. They got me because one of my favorite artists partered with them and I wanted to support. It's definitely too expensive for what it is, but I know the case will last as long as my phone will (I had my last one for 2 years.)

Unless you see a specific design you like, you can definitely find a cheaper alternative

  • Loved my Casetify case at first, they are extremely cute and have so many designs to choose from, but that's where the redeeming qualities end. The back glass of my phone shattered while in the case. I'm not super gentle on my phone but this is the first phone that has EVER shattered. The graphics started chipping off after a few months, and the final straw was when the rubber bumper around the edge began to separate from the back. The price you pay for the quality is obscene and it is incredibly wasteful. Hilarious that they claim to be sustainable. My first Casetify case is most definitely my last.

  • Products great but only last 7-8 months. I’ve brought two first one peeled off the sides and now I have them a second chance and this case has done it too. A little convenient that it only last just after the warranty period. It’s not even a roughly used phone case either.

  • I have multiple cases from Casetify and love them all! I rarely drop my phone but in the times I have it has saved me a fee to fix my phone. The artwork and designs are cute as well. When I did have an issue they easily helped me and replaced a faulty case, free of charge.

  • This is my first Casetify case. It is beautiful and sturdy. I had no real complaints until today, when I removed the case after having it on for 5 months, in order to change my phone's screen protector. What I saw when I removed the case was a lot of damage on the metal edges of the phone, the most of it being where the camera opening of the case is. It seems like, possibly due to a design flaw, particles have entered the case from the camera opening and made small holes in the metal edges of the phone by pressing on it from inside the case... I have not had this ever happen before with another case. It is very unfortunate, as this is the whole reason why I'm buying the case - to protect the phone and keep it like new.

  • Ordered a $88 case with a description that it was “ “Iridescent” “glitter” “holographic”. What I received was counterfeit case that had an 2D image printed picture of the advertised description. Needless to say it looked like it was Temu. Case plastic is flimsy. And had the Words “Made in China” printed on the plastic film. The authentication sticker was tampered with as it was unaligned like someone took it off and re-stuck it. Also the OUTSIDE package WAS TORN and arrived after SEVERAL WEEKS and likely WAS OPENED BY USPS as they were the ones to make the delivery. GARBAGE!

  • Beautiful cases with a huge range of designs BUT these things just do not last. For a company that constantly reinforces how durable and strong their cases are, the quality of these cases are appalling. They need replacing every 9 months or so. My current case is falling apart. I will not be using casetify for by next case for sure.

  • This case was fine for about the first six months, with some minor wear and tear expected on the image in the back. However, after about seven months, after the warranty was up mind you, the rubber siding began to tear away from the back image plate. This is extremely disappointing as the brand advertises themselves as more durable than competitors, but I have had much cheaper cases that have lasted far longer than this one. When I purchased it I thought I was getting a case that would at least last me longer than the cheaper alternatives that had given out after about a year and a half, but no I had indeed been duped into getting a lesser quality product by advertisements. Overall quite a disappointing experience and I will not be shopping with casetify again. In the photos I am lightly holding the case apart where it has torn so that the tear could be evident in pictures, however when hating the case it comes apart easily when holding it or taking it in and out of pockets.

  • Cases are nice and I’ve purchased a couple do do NOT spend the money on the screen protector as they do not work!! In fact, the phone shattered and the protector did nothing!

  • My friend had bought from this brand for her phone which she had used for less than a year. She had been using phone cases from Casetify ever since she had gotten her new phone (Iphone 13Pro) which was only less than a year ago. Everything was going well and the case had protected and lead to no severe damage to her phone. It was not only until recently she had came across an incident which lead to consequences resulting in her phone having to be thrown not once, but 3 times onto solid wooden hard ground. This not only completely shattered her phone, leading to screen to pop out of the phone, but for the entire whole of the back of the phone to completely shatter. It is said that Casetify cases were known to have high level protection, but I do not understand why and how it is possible for the entire back of the phone to shatter (while still intact with a case on and specifically a Casetify case), but the screen of the phone to leave with no damage. Maybe it's because she used a strong screen protector, but how does that explain the damage that and the protection that the case doesn't provide? Apart from this case, there are many other less severe cases I have heard from other friends around, such as situations where the sides of the phone case would break off and fall out of intact with the phone case itself, which again, shows off its poor quality towards the brand. What I am saying is, does Casetify cases actually prevent your phone from severe damages while still serving that high quality protection? because if I refer back to this case, it seems like that Casetify cases only serves mild protections rather than what it is advertised to be.

  • Simply awful quality! I bought mine a few years ago and it started falling apart in a few months. I thought it was just bad luck so I forgot about. But the same thing happened to my partner THREE times. The last one she bought was about half a year ago and the sides fell apart in three months. These are highly overpriced cases that they use for marketing and celebrity collabs and none of it goes toward quality. Moreover, they were caught red handed blatantly stealing other company's design (google casetify dbrand). Stay away and spend your money elsewhere!

70€ buttati.

  • ‪I bought a cover from CASETIFY in Jennuary 2022 and it totally unglue at the start of this summer, I thought they used food materials…. I told them and they negated me a substitution because their warranty is only 6 month. Totally disappointed… incredible behavior ‬

  • We bought two cases in October ‘22, one started getting discoloration on the border a few weeks after we started using it, and the other one started loosing its pattern and the border is coming off, I will attach photos of how it is as of August ‘23 (less than a year in).

  • Casetify makes nice looking cases but unfortunately they are very poor quality. I had a few issues with cases that I've purchased: they take a long time to ship, the bumpers discolor quickly, and the design scratches off. Recently the bumpers began to separate from my current case in less than a year, which prompted me to contact Casetify since there was clearly a flaw in the case! I wish I could post a photo, over a couple of weeks the bumper completely separated on three sides of the case and I was holding it together by tape until a (non-Casetify) replacement arrived. Casetify has a 6 month warranty and they were completely unwilling to make any accommodations for case defects. They offered a 15% discount code (which you can easily via a quick internet search), then 20%, then circled back to 15%. I was a loyal Casetify customer but I definitely will not purchase another case from them.

  • Order and receiving was ok. The Website well done. But that is all there is. It took a long time until we received the cares. The quality is extremely bad, made in China all the way. Bought 2 cares for iPhone 11 for my kids, spent >80€. Exactly 1 year later the rubber frame came off, at both (!!) cases. Since they only offer a 6 month guarantee, guarantee is usually 1 year by law or even 2 years for material failutes like such, we only got a 15-20% discount offered for the next order. (Every other day they have 15% specials, so what makes this offer to me special?) Why would one pay another €80+ , discounted €70 for cares that die in 1 year? Still crap!
