  • As far as the physical product, CASETiFY is the real deal. I purchased one of their glitter-filled cases years ago and (thanks to unrelated water damage) the case outlasted my phone despite many drops on my part.

    CASETiFY's website however leaves a little to be desired. I love their feature where you can search through an artist's designs by scrolling to the bottom of the page on a case you like. What I'm not a huge fan of is their search bar. It's not always intuitive and often leaves out some designs that surely include the search term. I fell for a case with clouds on it, tried searching for it using the search bar months later, no luck. I ended up scrolling through their entire offering and found it - a clear case with realistic clouds on it!

  • I recently got my first Casetify phone case a month ago and I love it! I like how many design options there are. I have dropped my phone multiple times and my screen has not cracked yet!

  • Great protection, fun designs, pretty much all you could want in a case. I’ve dropped my phone about a million times and it’s never cracked and only after two years of constant use and drops did the case finally start to break (but it’s still usable!). The clear bumpers also yellow over time but that’s to be expected with any clear case. As others have stated they’re a bit on the pricey side but if you’re a one case kinda person it’s worth the investment.

  • Avoid CASETiFY at all costs! They claim to offer premium products, but my experience says otherwise. I purchased a case that cracked and warped within just a few months. After a replacement, the new case quickly developed the same defect, despite careful use. When I reported this recurring issue, their customer service flatly refused any further replacement, offering only a discount code or a $10 credit, as if it were my responsibility to pay again for their lack of quality! To make matters worse, they respond on Trustpilot to create the illusion of resolving the issue, while in reality, they take no real action to address the situation. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as high-end. A frustrating and disappointing experience—I strongly advise against CASETiFY for anyone seeking quality and genuine customer service.

  • Quite honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a custom phone case using their mobile app - I took a ton of time ensuring my design was exactly how I wanted and uploaded the correct file type to make sure my case came with a transparent background. The preview generated by their app showed the case exactly how I wanted it with the transparent background, but the case I received after waiting 3 weeks had a white background, not transparent. I double checked the app and discovered a bug in their mobile app, which I screen recorded and sent to them to prove that the case I received was not the same as the case I ordered, along with screenshots of the preview I saw when I ordered the case originally and the original file I uploaded that definitely had a transparent background and was a .png file. The options I was given was to either pay for return shipping and they would send me another case after they receive my case (so a cost to me, plus waiting likely 6 more weeks for my case with shipping back/waiting for the new one) or I could return the case, at my expense for shipping, and pay a 50% restocking fee - all for something that was due to a bug in their mobile app. They admitted no fault, would not acknowledge half my questions, would not accommodate a faster shipping option for the mistake, and I’m quite certain their customer service is actually run by AI (if you ask if you are speaking to a human, they do not ever admit that you are and simply say “rest assured you are speaking with the customer service team at Casetify”). The response emails all feel generic and do not respond to the majority of the issues I brought up in my emails to them. At the very least, I would avoid ordering a custom case from Casetify, but I will not be purchasing from them again based on the customer service alone. It’s a shame because I love the concept of being able to design my own case or purchase from artist collaborations - however the company itself does not do the idea justice.

  • Product is very poor quality in spite the price is not cheap. Misleading advertising and false information provided. The actual product is much different. Customer service is inefficient and not helpful, copy and paste reply like a robot. I used to order their products a few times and found that after a while, their iPhone cases would turn yellow very quickly. I just ordered again since they have a new mirror case, however the quality is so bad. Mirror case, but actual product is very matte and no reflective at all. How can it be “mirror” when it is very matte? After discussing the concerns with CS, no favourable outcome apart from the fact they admitted their products are NOT as described. Yet they threw all responsibility to customers, demanding to return by paying own fee. Not even value the time and effort customers put into. Never experienced such a horrible service!

  • I’m not sure about their phone cases, but their supposed sweetheart deal for crystal shot glasses is a complete scam. These glasses are not crystal, and they do not resemble the online images. The size is that of a small sewing thimble.

  • I will never support this company again. I spent $80 on a $80 gift card for my daughter. She spent $40 of it then a few weeks later tried to spend the other $40. It did not work. The fine print states a one time use gift card. I feel so ripped off. I contacted them about it and they did not help. Do not buy a gift card from them without knowing these details!!! I feel scammed.

  • In my case i bought a book stand, didn't correspond at all, it didn't have the pen nook it had in the photos, and quite worse quality; plus, they offered a 20% extra off which i couldn't get. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't And when I wanted to return it they didn't respond to any of my e-mails. They delete negative reviews in Facebook, where I saw the item. All in all, VERY UNHAPPY and strongly recommend not to buy (anything) from them. Cheaper/better alternatives in amazon and they are serious.

  • Seriously? Taking one week and my order still shown pending production. What is this?! You need a week to verify my orders?! Totally didnt expect such services from this well known brand. Their website review only allow you to post after receive the item, FAKE website review.

  • Honestly, I really love the design of my case, the case has protected my phone relly well, but sadly the case only lasts for 8 months, I was expecting to use it for at least a year! Really disappointed :(

  • Their product broke my phone, I provided evidence but since it "shouldn't have" they refuse to do anything with it. I bought an impact case and a lanyard, because I run around a lot in my job and thought it would be useful and keep my hands free. But immediately upon using the products together it bent my charger out of place and it can't charge using the port, only using Qi They refuse to compensate me by providing me with a shipping label despite me having to pay a total of €115 for shipping and repairs... because I'm not in the US. They are extremely slow to answer complaints or refund requests, they are confusing to talk to and have no service minded approach towards customers. All they would offer was a voucher as compensation for the return which is just... bad. They say 100% customer satisfaction, but unless you're american you won't get your money back because you will have to pay nearly the cost of the phone case to return it. So just... skip it. You're also more likely to drop your phone with these cases as they are super slippery

  • I was a returning customer of Casetify before yesterday. I ordered a super cute case for my boyfriend as a 2 year anniversary gift, but it didn’t end up fitting his phone. Well little did I know there is only a 10 day return or exchange policy…. Actively anti-low-income policy. I’ve literally never heard of an online store with a TEN day policy. I will not be purchasing from them again.

  • Be very wary of this company. They operate some shady business practices. I bought a $100 gift card for my daughter to use on a case when she got a new phone. She finally got her phone, went to use it and got a message the code didn’t work. When I emailed asking about it and after much back and forth I was told the gift card was expired. My daughter never worried about timing because there is no expiration date printed on the gift card or in the email sent to me confirming my purchase. When I mention this, I was told it’s under terms and conditions. I had to scroll through pages of legal junk that no one ever reads, but companies post to cover their butts to find where it said there was a 1 year expiration date to their gift cards. Before you buy a case from them and trust their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee you might want to check the terms and conditions out. They have an F on BBB with 50 complaints just this year. There are so many other case companies out there now that I wouldn’t deal with one like this.

  • Case protects phone - i dropped my phone down the stairs and it survived. It has survived this in a $1 case also but the cases seem to have been sturdily build. The reason I have only given 2 dots is because they are very expensive and if you get a clear case it starts yellowing very quickly. My case is a month old and if it was a $1 case i would have trown it out by now since I have never experinced a clear case thay yellows that fast. Also the cases get scratches - mine is all scrached up from beeing in my pocket. I have never had this issue with a cheap case. So all in all it it not worth the money you can get cheap 50 cases for the price of one of these and even though castify have cute designs and droop garanti. The cases become ugly quickly and are not long lasting in that sence.

  • Products are cute. They collaborate with creators on designs. They offer different options for protection levels of your phone. My qualm with casetify is that within 4 to 7 months of use the product breaks due to a manufacturer defect that no one will address. Save your $64 and buy a different brand. warranty is only for six months so if you were the type of person to purchase multiple phone cases at once to rotate out, don’t do that with them.

  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made me wait 3 weeks for me to finally get impatient and send an email wondering where my still « in process » AirPods case was and (I got lied to twice) and third time they finally admitted they made a mistake in their own system. They made me pay extra for another AirPods case I had to choose bc the color I wanted only comes in the more « compact » model. Also never offered fast shipping even after making me wait 3 weeks over their own mistake. They charge me 16$USD for it. Cases are also extremely cheap. The customer service reps seem AI generated. All they want is your money and nothing more. Not accommodating at all. They also delete all customer reviews under 4 stars under their own website, showing how untrustworthy they are as a company.
