Cards Against Humanity

Cards Against Humanity wins big in reviews for delivering uproarious, easy-to-learn party play that sparks belly laughs, quick bonding, and late-night chaos—especially with larger groups and expansion packs—so yes, it works. Reviews also flag clear drawbacks: humor can be crass/NSFW and alienating for sensitive or mixed-age crowds, cards lose shock value with repetition, and some prompts feel dated or hard to play with certain audiences.

I didn’t really enjoy the game as much as the online reviews. Perhaps I couldn’t get the humour (?)

Cards against humanity was an entryway for me and many others into risqué card games. I have shared many laughs with my friends over the years, but as more and more adult card games enter the market and the novelty wore off, I feel like Cards against Humanity isn’t doing much outside of expansion packs to be the preferred product.
This game is okay. It’s a fun drinking game but after a few plays it got a bit redundant.
Fun game to play with a bunch of people!!
Have played this with my grown daughter. We laughed so hard and had a great time.
I've been playing Cards Against Humanity since high school, and I still love to play it today. It's dirty and inappropriate humor makes for a great party game with laughs all around. I've purchased several packs over the years to keep the game new and exciting. As other reviewers have mentioned, don't play the game with your minor children.
It's a super fun game. I love playing it with a big group of friends, definitely reduces the awkwardness at parties or gatherings. I played it so many times now though and hope they come out with a second version or something!
Too much fun! This game has been played with friends and family for the past few years and it never gets old
This is consistently one of my favorite card games with friends as well as family. It can absolutely be shockingly crude but as long as you know what to expect, it’s fun every time.
A classic, hilarious game. I loved playing with friends in high school. There are so many expansion packs as well. Sometimes I question the content on the cards, but I suppose that could just be interpreted as having good variety. There is something for everyone in this game. It does get boring after a little while, but if you're new to the game it is quite exciting. I think it depends on who you play with and the sense of humour in the room.

This was a classic card game in high school, but after playing it again a few years later, the game doesn't really hold up well. For every fun joke, there are at least three or four rounds where everyone admits that they didn't have any good cards to use. Expansion packs may solve these issues, but I don't think you should have to buy multiple packs to improve a relatively boring game.
A fun game that initially hit the stores when I was in middle school - I do think that the cards may need to be changed up and a bit more culturally sensitive

Many add-ons and extensions to the game. Very funny! Many hours of fun with family and friends. Closer to PG 13, so not a good option for small children. But, if you have a warped sense if humor, like I do. Then this game is for you!
This game is a great way to have raunchy fun and lots of laughs. We've been able to play many times without fear of redundancy because of the cards you draw. I would definitely not consider this a family game, but a friend game (and a good drinking one, at that).
Fun game
The most hilarious card game I've EVER played! It's such a great game for a party or games night. The memories have made for great conversation for years now!
Super fun game! Easy to transport, could be played anywhere
What a fun game! It’s my go to adult game! Enjoy this with some friends or family in your game night!
This is a great game to play with friends and family!
