Bombas earns strong reviews for comfort, support, and stay-put performance—especially in running, no-show, kids’ gripper, and compression socks—while its one-pair-donated mission resonates. Reviews also flag real drawbacks: frequent reports of holes within months to a couple years, occasional shrinking or tight calves/ankles, some styles too thick or warm, and inconsistent fit among designs, making quality feel uneven despite many long-lasting pairs.

I own a couple pairs of socks as well as the Gripper Slipper. Both items are comfortable and high quality! Originally, I ordered the wrong size of slipper and rather than sending me through a complicated exchange process, they simply sent me my actual size and let me keep the previous pair. Amazing customer service!
Amazing, comfortable, thick socks. I have worn these socks for around the house, traveling, and running and I just find them so comfy and durable.

A little pricey, but they are thick and durable. They drop discounts occasionally on their email list.
These are my favorite socks - comfortable, thick, high quality... and somehow make my feet look nice?!
I hate wearing socks but if I have to, I pretty much only want to wear these. Their ankle Socks never slip down and they are Greg at for hiking. I love that they come in so many colors and patterns. But they are quite $$
They were the comfiest socks that I’ve ever worn.
Everyone in my life makes fun of me for having *literally* only Bombas socks. I've been buying them for a few years, since they came out with their first few products, and continuously go back for more. They fit great on your foot, are thick enough to be comfy/cushiony, but not too thick to give you blisters in boots, and their customer service is just top notch. Since I've had some of my pairs for so long, they've developed holes in some places (or my kitty clawed holes) and they've been consistently super quick in replacing the socks! Plus, every pair you buy they donate a pair as well. My favorites are the merino wool :)
Fine socks. They look cool, but they aren’t any more comfy than cheap socks from Marshall’s.

Best socks ever - worth the money. So comfortable and a good grip for working out too.

Expensive
Bombas are comfy, cute, and supportive socks. I've even liked one of their long-sleeved shirts that I got from them. The problem that I've had is with durability. Out of all the socks I own, these are the first socks that have ever gotten holes near the toes (multiple times) for both my socks and my boyfriend's. For that reason, I can't buy more of their socks. That said - I've worn their long-sleeved shirts tons of times, and it still holds up perfectly.

Work on durability of your socks! I shouldn't need to replace them every few months.
Their socks are durable and comfortable. We have both the merino and cotton-blends from Bombas. The cotton-blends are my spouse's favorite and he's always sad when washday arrives and he's run out of his "good socks". They airdry in less than a day, too, despite being thick. Their merinos are great for hiking and daily winter wear. Where Bombas truly shines, though, is their pima cotton t-shirts. These are genuinely some of the best on the market. Great fit. Super soft (as pima should be). Medium weight (not so thin that it shows your business, not so thick that you overheat). Great, saturated dyes. I'm so, so picky about my wardrobe "basics" because this fabric sits directly on my skin. I wear precisely 4 brands of t-shirt, and one of them is Bombas.

I would love to see some pima cotton dress socks, too. I really like thin socks without much stretch (think men's 100% cotton dress sock).

These socks are comfortable and their mission is honorable. However, the price is high and I'm not quite sure it's worth it. There are other similar socks that I can buy locally that feel just the same. The ruffle style is cute but too pricy.
I use the "running" socks for tennis and they are SO high quality. I am legit bummed if these are in the dirty laundry and I can't wear them.

I was sooo hesitant to spend this much money on socks. How many times did I open the page to browse, then instantly close it and navigate to Target or Amazon? Socks aren't a sexy item so you don't think high-quality will reap the same benefits as, say, more spendy clothes or beauty products. But I'm not afraid to admit I was wrong. The merino wool socks in particular are a bit of everyday luxury that I feel certain will last a longgggg time.
I have a couple pairs of the ankle socks and really reach for them. You can actually feel the honeycomb pattern around your arch. It's not strong enough to be called compression, but maybe like, fittedness?? I have mixed feelings about the tab at the back of the ankle. If I'm running or doing something active I don't mind it as much. If anything it's a bonus since the back of your sock for sure won't slip into your shoe. But if I'm wearing sneakers for leisure, the tab that pokes out is very ugly to look at.
Comfortable, cozy socks, and they come in lots of varieties. Love their ankle socks and slippers!

A little pricey, but the socks are high quality and last years!

The socks I have from Bombas have held up well, and it's clear that they're high quality. As compared to other, less expensive socks I've bought, my Bombas have maintained quality over time. I'm not a huge fan of their wilder colors and patterns, but the neutral tones are great for me.

The prices are steep, and I wish they could bring them down a bit.
My favorite socks ever. I ran a marathon in theses socks and they were the absolute best choice. I ask for a pair every Christmas.

They can be pricey.
i hate socks but i could live in these 5ever. perfect running shoes that cause no blisters and are warm enough for those cold runs too. they are a little on the spensy side but I've never once worn a hole out in them and I've had some of my pairs for almost 3 years.
I received some Bombas as a gift and genuinely look forward to wearing them. They're very comfortable and supportive, and they've held up well over time going through the wash.

It's hard for me to spend so much money on socks!
I honestly would've never bought these socks because they're pretty expensive for plain old socks. But, I got them as a gift, and they truly are the best. I now buy these as gifts because... socks really are life changing.
