Reviews mention

  • Lightweight, hydrating moisturizers
  • Gentle, non-irritating formulations
  • Effective, smoothing exfoliant peel
  • Define, frizz-free heatless curls
  • Inconsistent skincare efficacy
  • Ineffective oil-control toner
  • Questionable fragrance ingredient safety
  • Weak dark-circle improvement

Bliss earns mixed reviews: the brand delivers pleasant, lightweight hydration and approachable “spa-luxe” formulas—standouts include Jelly Glow Peel, Drench & Quench, Clear Genius cleanser, and a heatless curling set that defines curls without frizz—yet effectiveness varies, with some products doing little for oil control or dark circles. Reviews also flag serious drawbacks, including fragrance concerns (Butylphenyl methylpropional), inconsistent skincare results, and repeated reports of nonexistent customer support and unfulfilled orders, making Bliss good for fun, basic self-care but unreliable for transformational skincare or issue resolution.

  • I found “bliss mighty biome pre/post biotics barrier aid ultra hydrating moisturizer concentrate” at Amazon a year ago. It’s a light and fast absorbing cream that moisturizes my ever so dry and flaky facial skin while not making it break out. I am a 56 year old female and while my skin was always on the dry side, it now is at its worst in menopause! This bliss product works for me.

  • Affordable "spa-luxe" – think bright packaging, punchy claims, and Target accessibility. Not revolutionary, but fun for budget self-care. Decent bath-and-body-tier cleansers – not skincare heavyweights. Manage expectations: these won’t transform your skin, but the Jelly Glow Peel is a legit bargain for smoothness. The rest? Basic washes with great marketing.

  • It's very inexpensive skincare but I don't think it's ever actually done anything for my skin. I think this would be good for a teen or pre-teen who's wanting to get into skincare and have a few things to get started.

  • Bliss is a great brand that makes facial products but also hair care products. I recently purchased their heatless curing set. It made my hair curly overnight. It wasn’t frizzy at all. The skincare products smell amazing and leaves my skin so soft. The brand in general makes good products for the price.

  • I bought this for the oil control. It didn't do anything for that. It actually made my face oiler after a couple of hours. It's also supposed to be good at helping blemishes heal, so I just use it for a spot treatment instead of on my whole face just to use what's left of the toner. I like the pump to get it out of the bottle. It's a different type of toner since there's serum in it, it has a thicker consistency on the face. Again it did nothing for the oil so I would not buy this again.

  • I loved how lightweight this lotion is, it also has a nice light scent. It melts right in and gave me immediate hydration. Antioxidant rich formula featuring Vita-Shea blend of vitamin B3, B6, C, E and shea butter. Vegan and cruelty free.

  • I tried the Bliss clear genius Clarifying Cleanser, and it was one of the best skin care decisions I have made! Before trying this product, I was breaking out a lot, and I believe that my oily skin was one of the reason why I was breaking out. This product helped me maintain oil control for my skin, as well as clearing up any acne that I had.

I honestly have nothing negative to say, one pump goes along way with this cleanser, and I will definitely be re-purchasing when I run out.

  • Refund my $74

I accidently pushed the button. To get this and immediately pushed cancel. The company said it’s too late. I did not receive any product cause it was never sent. I cancelled. I would like my money back

  • I like this brand. I use to buy all their products. The packing is so cute and the price is decent. Giving it 4 stars because I don’t know much effective it was

  • I had a sample of the Drench & Quench moisturizer and was pleasantly surprised by it. It was super moisturizing for my sensitive combination skin. It also did not make my skin flair up which was great and the fragrance was pretty light and non-irritating.

  • Find this brand at tj maxx quite often

  • I like Bliss, but think it is more for individuals who are adolescents or young adults.

  • The only product I’ve tried from Bliss is their Vitamin C brightening eye cream. It has a cooling effect but it claims to help with dark circles. I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet since I’ve used this product. It definitely leaves my under eyes hydrated though!

  • This is the worst company to deal with. Three months ago I accidentally selected to receive the product. Within a minute or two I pushed cancel. I did not receive anything. I’m still trying to get my $74 back. I have sent probably 25 emails in response to a “sorry we’re very busy and trying to get an answer.

  • Purchased a Bliss 3 in 1 Styler from Macys. Box was sealed. When I got it home, I noticed that the device had a defect (the clips that hold the styling tools in place were broken). I immediately contacted Bliss via online chat and email. They stated that they couldn’t proceed a replacement product because that wasn’t their department, but they would contact someone who could. Countless emails and chats later, it was never resolved. Apparently, there is no support number to call. Macys graciously refunded my money, however; BUYER BEWARE, if you are looking for support from this company, look elsewhere. There is NONE TO BE FOUND at Bliss.

  • Bliss

I ordered this early December and have not received my order. My Mastercard was charged so basically I was robbed. Please deliver the product or refund my Mastercard. Katharine Riley

  • I know this brand has a really good name and I have used their products and liked them, unfortunately, they contain a hazardous ingredient Butylphenyl methylpropional which is a synthetic fragrance ingredient that causes Endocrine disruption. This ingredient is banned in use in Europe as it is suspected of being harmful to human fertility. It is also classified as Carcinogenic (cancer-promoting), Mutagenic, and Reprotoxic.
