BUY AGAIN does not mean what you think it means. I previously purchased three 32 oz bottles of Lemon & Sage Soapy Suds Body Wash. When I went to reorder, I used the company’s BUY AGAIN feature specifically because I wanted to purchase the same product again. Instead, they sent me three 17 oz bottles. The price was essentially the same: my previous order was $49.50 for three 32 oz bottles, while this order was $48 before the discount for three 17 oz bottles. That means I received nearly half the amount of product for virtually the same price. I did not intentionally select a smaller size. I clicked BUY AGAIN. If that feature can silently substitute a substantially smaller product, that is a serious problem with the way the company presents its ordering process. I liked this product enough to repeatedly buy three bottles at a time. Now I feel like I have to scrutinize every reorder because I cannot trust the “Buy Again” button to actually buy what I previously bought. Extremely disappointing customer experience. I will not be ordering again.
