I’ve had an okay experience with barkbox superchewer. I have had it for about a year. I’m the beginning we were loving the variety of new toys and treats sent to us every month. Now that I have had my box for over 6 months we have been receiving toys that do not match the themes and our boxes often ship extremely late. With the super chew box we get a lot of nylon toys so it would be nice to have the box come every other month because we are overwhelmed with a toys.

Amazing customer service. I tend to get it for short periods of time then stop for a year or two so I don’t get too many toys. Everything is great quality and I love how customizable it is

Barbox delivers quality and adorable products monthly to your lovable pets. I’ve been using Barkbox for a few months now and I’m happy with the toys and treats, as is my dog! They have a different theme each month and depending on your subculture the box usually contains a few toys and some treats. My dog tears through them easily but there’s also a subscription for tougher toys although it’s more expensive. Overall I think it’s a high quality brand!

SO MUCH FUN! My pets loved the box, it was their monthly excitement they'd look forward to. It's a game for my dog to bite into (and destroy) his toys and he destroys all the barkbox tows within 3 days. However, that is what he loves so barkbox works. The monthly themes are great and the smaller size toys are appreciated.

My dog absolutely loves her box. She even recognized the packaging and looks forward to trips to the mailbox now! The toys are definitely not tough if you have a chewer. The treats are seemingly very healthy!

Hands down my favorite monthly package I get in the mail! I think I get more excited than my dogs do! The theme of the box changes every month, so it's something new every time. And I appreciate the humor that the company brings as well! It seems pricey when you initially look at the subscription, but I've actually started saving money because I'm not buying my dogs toys when I'm out shopping anymore. I also love how high-quality these toys are. There's a true difference between Barkbox toys and many of the other brands on the market!

My dog loves the toys and treats that they send each time - good variety of different toys and treats. Toys are fun but not the most durable - which is not a huge issue given that you get a new toy each shipment.

Ordered a bunch of toys for my dog. She's not particularly picky, but I liked how cute the toys were. The best part is how modular the toys are--my dog likes to test how quickly she can destroy toys so the fact once she destroys a plush toy, that there is often a rubber one to be unearthed is a huge plus. Their customer service was also super friendly as well.

I've gotten three super chewer boxes for my dog. All of them have roundish, silicone toys with some sort of fabric on them that my dog immediately chews up. I complained after the second, with pictures, and they promised to replace the one he REALLY chewed up, but they didn't make any of those changes in time for the third box, which had more of the same. They also DO NOT let you cancel the subscription. Go to your local pet store instead, honestly.

I ordered my bark box on November 28th and have not received it yet. When I did the help chat they told me it takes 2 to 3 days to pack and about 8 days to arrive in the mail. I should have received the bark box on Dec 9th if that was the case instead I was told my bark box was waiting to be packed. DO NOT ORDER BARK BOX . I believe it to be a scam.

They are a good company you need to be patient, I wasn’t so i am rewriting a review!! I give them 5 stars cause they took care of my problem right a way!! Thank you and I’m sorry for jumping the gun!!!!

It’s always exciting to see how excited my dogs get when they see their new Barkbox for the month, and can’t wait to open the box themselves as fast as possible. The boxes include pretty durable dog toys, and unique dog treats that you usually can’t find in majority of stores. The only downfall with Barkbox is it can become a bit unaffordable after a few months of paying for it.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my box and each time I inquire, I'm told "being processed for shipping ". When I started the subscription, my wait was 10 days to 2 weeks. Now I'm being told 6+ weeks. Refund? Nope. They offered to send an extra toy, that's it. Would not recommend.

If I could give them 0 start I would. I wanted to share my recent experience with BarkBox to warn others. I signed up for their six-month subscription after seeing an Instagram ad that promised a free pet DNA kit. I followed all the prompts and subscribed, but when my box arrived, the DNA kit wasn’t included. When I contacted customer service, they told me the promo I was eligible for was different and offered to upgrade my next box instead. I denied the promo because they missed the basic principle which is that customers are being misled and deceived by their promo and at no point of the subscription enrollment are we being told the “promo” doesn’t apply to us. After I pushed back, they finally agreed to send the DNA kit, but the whole experience felt really deceptive and frustrating and, I was right! I looked at my bank account and on the app and they charged me $96.57 for the kit. The kit was offered for FREE and included with your first BarkBox subscription. If you’re thinking about subscribing to BarkBox because of a specific promo, be careful! They will not honor their advertised deals.

Bark Box is entirely not worth it. My dog weighs 60 pounds and they sent tiny toys. They also send 2 treats, the bags were tiny as well. She was done with them within 4-5 days. I emailed them asking to customize more toward her size, breed, etc. They claimed they could not. She is also on a grain free diet, which I specified, however they said after I complained they do not offer grain free. I asked to sub 1 toy with an extra treat they said no and then jipped us of the 2nd toy anyway....They are claiming I cannot cancel before the 6 months is up. I'm just going to go and cancel the CC I guess. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT. TJ maxx and Marshalls have HUGE treat bags, for all diets, and every size toys for cheaper than this. I can go get her a surprise she will enjoy and can eat each month for less....

When I signed up for our subscription, it was for 12 months. They seriously try to hold you to this commitment if you try to cancel. I emailed several times with no resolution. I tried to call to speak with someone to no avail. I chatted and literally had to force them to give me a refund and cancel my subscription. I had to ask to escalate to a supervisor before they would help me. NOT WORTH IT.

Wonderful toys! The boys love to play with their toys & snack on some delicious treats!

The treat bags are too small. The toys all start to be the same after a while, especially for super chewer. The packing and shipping time got longer and longer each month, even though you’re always billed on the 1st. They have almost 0 customer service. Leaving reviews about the box in the app goes unnoticed, their text feature doesn’t work, and they’re chat spews the same condensing corporate lines over and over. I’ve never had a subscription service that runs this poorly.

I purchased the annual plan for the most efficient way to lower the cost per box. Their customer service is great and I only canceled due to my budget being a bit tighter at the time of renewal.
