Barkbox is a highly appreciated brand for its variety, customization options, and quality of toys and treats. The themed boxes bring joy and anticipation to dogs and their owners. However, the brand can improve its billing process and subscription cancellation, which some customers have found to be too rigid. There are also complaints about errors in customization and responses from customer service. Moreover, some customers find that the subscription can lead to an excessive accumulation of toys and treats.

I can’t say enough good things about Barkbox. My dogs LOVE it. They are very good and never eat the mail, but I didn't open their box once because I forgot and they chewed it open and walked away with their toys. I wasn't even mad. 
 Everything we have received has been of excellent quality. Customer service is top-notch. My pups didn't like one of their toys once and they sent us a new one right away. 

I was most happy with barkbox because I was able to swap my box for extra toys while forgoing the treats. My pup was never much into the treats, but she loves the toys so it was win-win. Toys are super cute and I love the details they put in to make them extra silly. 

I love BarkBox. Their customer service was amazing, and my dog was like an addict every time they would arrive. They have good dog treats, usually on theme. You can add allergies, which are respected. We ended up with too many toys in the end, so we paused, But I highly recommend them. Their creativity and quality is unmatched!

Good as a gift.  I have three dogs and don’t need so many treats and toys.  

love barkbox but my dogs destroy all the toys and they are not longlasting for large dogs 

I haven't tried the subscription service itself, but I have tried some treats from the brand. The branding and design for these is stellar, but the ingredients are only okay. The price for these is fair. My puppy loves these, but she loves everything.

Only got one box so far and my pup loved everything in it. 

I didn't purchase a subscription or anything from this particular company and they do not have any returns right now because of the edible food but I did talk to Josh from customer service and he helped me subscription refunded and also still gave me a box thank you so much have a wonderful day
