Banza earns strong reviews for delivering chickpea-based pasta, pizza, and mac & cheese that often taste close to traditional versions while adding substantial protein and fiber. Reviews praise the consistently tasty pasta (rotini, cavatappi, shells), kid-approval, and standout frozen pizzas, but note weaknesses: noodles can overcook into mush, stick, or break; some shapes feel dense or grainy with a bitter/bean aftertaste; spaghetti/long cuts underperform; and texture declines as leftovers. Ideal for gluten-free or higher-protein swaps, provided cooking is precise.

Easy to cook! Faster than others in my opinion with great taste!

Not a fan of the texture, but would definitely use if needed.

As someone who is gluten free and has tried ALL the alternative pastas, this is a real stand out! I use the pizza crusts often and love the mac & cheese for a comfort meal. Also, having the added bonus of extra protein is a huge benefit to me. I wouldn't say their products are comparable to the real thing but they're a fantastic healthier alternative.

I was hesitant as a pasta lover how I’d feel about the texture or taste. But they were delicious 10/10 would buy again

I frequently use this’s brand of noodles, and my meat and potatoes loving husband raves about “how they taste just like real noodles!”, lol. They taste great and keep you full with all that protein!

The concept is interesting, however it's hard to digest.

Good pasta that’s healthier and lots of protein. Not for everyone, my husband doesn’t like the flavor but I think it taste the same as regular pasta.

I love how healthy this is. I like to eat healthy so this is perfect for a college student looking to maintain their weight.

Love all the Pastas, but the PIZZA is to die for as well as the Mac and Cheese for quick and easy snacks or sides.

Wanted to love this pasta, but something about the texture of the penne is not quite right. I will attempt to use the rest of the box and hopefully it will taste better.

Banza noodles are a great addition to the pasta market! I buy Banza chickpea noodles for my homemade bakes and casseroles. The protein content is terrific.

Great protein, chewy texture. I liked this pasta for the nutritional content, but it did take a long time to cook and seemed a it chewy and tough. When it's well-salted and mixed in with a heavy sauce though, it tastes pretty good!

I have bought Banza at the store and thought. It was really good for a gluten free option. It’s a heartier pasta than a lentil and or rice type pasta. I would buy it again. It’s fun to try new things.

I recently tried Banza and it's a game-changer! An easy way to boost protein in my diet without sacrificing taste. It's pasta, but with numerous health benefits. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste, and I love that it aligns with my health goals. Definitely a staple in my pantry now

As someone with a gluten allergy, this is my go to. This pasta is not only nutrient rich with protein but is a great texture for a gluten free pasta.

I have tried Banza pasta many times. I love that it's a healthier alternative to pasta. My husband says he can taste the difference and doesn't like it, but I think it's just as good.
