I was looking for pasta that didn’t have wheat for my gut. This actually taste pretty good. I cook it a bit longer to avoid any texture differences. I like it and was suggested to try it by an old friend. I haven’t found all the pasta shapes just usually spaghetti and the penne shapes! I would buy again. I just don’t see it always.

Really great alternative to regular pasta. Could see people not liking it due to consistency but tastes really comparable to normal noodles.
I’ve had Banza penne noodles and I thought they tasted delicious! I feel they are very similar to wheat pasta and once I’ve made a whole meal I really can’t even tell the difference. I highly recommend as a good alternative!

I love Banza! I have been gluten free for many years, and I have finally found a brand that does pasta, mac & cheese, rice and pizza in a way that is the best texture and tastes amazing!

I find this pasta to be.....less than inconspicuous. And I would even go so far as to say conspicuous. Not obsessed with the texture, feels very wolf-in-sheep's clothing. I couldn't possibly recommend this to a friend.
My experience with Banza protein pasta has been really positive. It's an excellent choice if you want to increase your protein intake. It's the only protein brand I've tried that actually tastes good and doesn't have that weird, unpleasant flavor like some others. What I particularly like is that it doesn't give off that overly "healthy" vibe, even though it is a healthier option. One thing they could improve, though, is keeping it in stock because it always seems to run out quickly!

Chickpea flavor is quite dominant but still good gluten free option.

I love Banza’s chickpea rotini. It is the only gluten free pasta that tastes not grainy to me. It honestly is hard to tell that it is gluten free. I use it in our pasta dishes all the time and my very anti-gluten-free carb loving husband does not even know that it is not true pasta!
Love the additional protein to it. Makes bulking up so much easier. They are ok to cook with, but I'd still recommend.
Love Banza overall, but quality of pasta and how well it "holds up" (aka doesn't turn into mush upon cooking) really depends on the shape/cut of the pasta itself. For example the longer noodles do great, but the shaped pastas like rigatoni tend to just fall apart on cooking. The pizzas however are the best GF on the market - great toppings, and the cook on the crust is unbeatable for a GF product.
I have tried so many GF pastas and go back to this one every time. I'm currently on a food allergy elimination diet and was so surprised by how good the vegan / gluten free mac and cheese was. I've had a lot of gluten free pasta that gets so mushy but the Banza spaghetti stays al dente. I've also made some macaroni salad for picnics with the shells and no one could tell it was GF!
It's a good alternative if you have dietary restrictions - does not beat the real deal but it's something i'd recommend to friends that need it
The mac and cheese is one of my absolute favorites
As a gluten free girly, this is the brand I reach for the most often. No, it won’t taste like your grandmas handmade linguine with extra gluten in it. But if you cover it with enough sauce it gets the job done. I haven’t been able to master the perfect timing for non-slimy al dente noodles, but they hold together well and don’t get super mushy like other brands.
