Banza earns strong reviews as a high‑protein, gluten‑free swap that often tastes and chews close to traditional pasta and even delivers standout frozen pizzas, while many note it can overcook quickly, turn mushy or sticky, and some cuts feel fragile. Reviews of Banza praise the satisfying, protein‑dense pasta, kid‑friendly appeal, and tasty mac & cheese (notably White Cheddar), but flag inconsistent texture across shapes, occasional bitter/chickpea aftertaste, and spaghetti/linguine that clump or stay too firm.

These are great super low carb but the taste is a little bit off. But if you're eating keto it's a great alternative

This brand is rated one of the highest concentrations of glyphosates. DO NOT EAT!!! They are horrible for you and marketed as healthy. Goodles are much much better for you and they taste better as well!!
I wish the macros were better for the price. The carbs are very high in Banza pasta and the ingredients are not good. If you are just focused on protein then this does the job but you can definitely tell the difference in texture as well. Their pizza is good though and worth a try! Again very pricey though!

great tasting and good texture. So often alternative pasta has mushy texture and banza holds up to the test and still tastes good!
I know this is a popular "high protein" pasta...but after learning about the amount of pesticides detected, and the fact that there are so many other options (better options) for lentil/chickpea pasta- I can't recommend it.
I can’t have gluten, but these chickpea pastas do not taste good to me and the texture isn’t good either. I personally would not buy this brand again.
Love this product as it's filling yet doesn't make me fee sluggish or low energy like standard wheat pasta in the US. I love the high protein as well which is a daily goal of mine to hit certain targets
Pasta was flavorful, but took a long time to cook.
I really appreciate what this company is trying to do, but the pasta simply doesn't cook or taste the way you would hope it to

Banza is the best. I ordered Pizza from them and it was very tasty. I so much love it. I recommend them to anyone that wants to order.
I love Banza pasta! It is protein packed and has a great texture.
Their pasta is great! The ingredients are for the most part clean and there aren't too many which makes me feel better. Love this brand.
Not as good as other brands but it’s consistent enough. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for the taste and grainy texture you’re getting but it’s fine.

Honestly I don't love banza pasta. No matter how how long I cook it, it always feels undercooked. It has a weird aftertaste that I also do not love. One huge plus is the high amount of protein in this pasta.

These are a great pasta alternative. However, the texture can get a little gluey. If you rinse the pasta before adding sauce, that problem disappears. Taste isn't compromised either.
I like the option for adding additonal protein to my meals, however, I found that it doesn't taste as good (in my opinion) when reheated as a leftover.
This has become a staple in my kitchen. The texture isn’t far from regular pasta, which is impressive, and it’s so much healthier with a ton of protein packed in. I also feel a lot less bloated after eating it, which is a huge plus. It’s a great alternative if you’re looking for something nutritious without sacrificing the pasta experience.
Banza Pasta has reimagined comfort food by swapping traditional wheat pasta for chickpeas, delivering a gluten-free, protein-packed alternative. Its firm texture holds up well in most recipes, and it doesn’t compromise on flavor. It’s especially appealing for those on a high-protein or gluten-free diet. Some users note a slightly nutty aftertaste, but this is often overshadowed by its health benefits. Whether paired with marinara or baked into casseroles, Banza offers a guilt-free way to enjoy pasta dishes.
Good gluten free alternative for someone with celiac disease! I like how the base is chickpeas as opposed to other gf sources.
I have had good experiences with Banza. It quirks quickly and you may not even notice it isn’t pasta made from wheat. I’ve used in several pasta dishes with good results. I tried the Mac and cheese and found it pretty good . The only draw back is when reheating it, it seems to get an odd texture and it crumbles. Still tastes ok though, just changes the mouth feel. When fresh, it is pretty good.
