I fell in love with bala’s equipment at my local studio, so much that I built my own at home gym from bala. Everything is colorful, cute and aesthetically pleasing—while being proper weights for a great pilates workout or any other activity. As a Pilates instructor, I adore everything from bala.

i love bala! their items are super aesthetically pleasing and i think they've revolutionized the workout game in that regard. only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price point is a bit high

I have had my rainbow bala ankle weights for years now. While they usually weren’t the most comfortable things to wear, they were not painful like I find them to be now. I am ashamed to admit that I bought these bala ankle weights for aesthetic reasons and not for practical ones. I would not recommend doing the same thing.

I love my Bala bangles. They're very cute, no qualms! The price is high and you can probably find similar ones on Temu for less than a quarter of the price, but my personal perspective on fitness gear is that the more you invest in fitness gear/service, the more you'll use them, so I'm willing to do it. Moreover, you probably won't have to repurchase these. They're good quality and will last - the velcro on mine is intact and I've used them once a week for at least 2 years. One recommendation though is for them to list the weight on the bangles. I literally have no clue how much the ones I have weigh anymore (unless I'm completely missing it, but I cannot find it written anywhere, which I find strange). I also have the ball, which was a gift and came with a hand pump. Not gonna lie, it took me more time than I'd like to admit to figure out how to inflate the ball, because it did not come with directions and I'm inept. As someone new to pilates, it would have been nice to receive instructions because I think I inflated it too much, and it's meant to be inflated around 80%, and now I have no idea how to deflate it. I'd recommend Bala products as a nice gift for your fitness friend, if you can afford it! (that friend is me ... I've got my eye on the Beam!)

As a brand, I’d recommend! I like their bangles, although I used the communal ones at Y3 in NYC recently and they kept kept falling off of me and others, leading me to think that they won’t last forever…? The Velcro kind of just stops working and it gets so distracting in your workout when they keep falling off- I ended up just taking them off! My set at home works great though, I guess I just haven’t put in the hours yet to break them…

I use the bangles in all of my heated yoga sculpt classes and they are great. Great quality and really help me level up any workout. I also have the hand weights and the bar and they are awesome. Highly recommend!!

I've been using bala bands for so long. I love walking with them and also using them for my at home pilates video classes. The velcro has stayed working and I have no complaints, I've had for years and they stand up to almost daily wear.
