Ayoh! wins praise in reviews for chef-y, boldly flavored mayos—standouts include Dill Pickle, Hot Giardinayo, Miso, and Tangy Dijonayo—that elevate sandwiches, fries, and salads, and the squeeze-bottle packaging feels fun and practical. Reviews also flag weaknesses: occasional separation and chunky, less-spreadable textures, uneven flavor intensity (Original and Dijonayo read bland or broken to some), sugar in the recipe for purists, and refrigeration-before-opening expectations that surprise buyers.

Enjoyed Ayoh's Hot Giardinayo, just wish it was seed-oil free. Doesn't beat homemade Calabrian chile mayo, but a decent grab-and-go option for a great sandwich on a hot summer day by any body of water.

Dill pickle mayo - Refreshing, dilly, light. Exactly what you would hope it is. Dijon mayo - Complex, best of both worlds. Giardiniera mayo - Spicy and pickly. It feels like the ratio is off though, when you squeeze this one out it’s thick. Feels like 50% mayo/50% peppers. Miso mayo - Complex, umami, yum.

Dill Pickle Mayo rules! We tried this, along with other Ayoh! mayonnaise and it is not only very tasty, but also truly unique. It has a lovely balance of mayonnaise to dill pickle bits, and adds a nice pickle experience to any sandwich (and especially burgers!) without needing to have separate mayo and pickles. It also makes the eating experience easier, as pickles can sometimes slide and not be present in every bite, since this sauce incorporates just the right amount of pickle bits, you get pickle in every bite and never have to worry about pickle slices going astray.

Love the taste - hate that it has to be refridgerated upon purchase! The flavor varieties are great, and make for an easy dipping sauce without additional ingredients, but the fact that it's not clearly disclosed that you have to refrigerate it before even opening is a bummer. Mine have separated and I'm short on fridge space!

I've been such a fan of Molly for ages and was so excited to try her latest product. These have completely changed the way I use mayo. Every flavor is bold, unique, and so delicious, you can taste the fact that a chef developed these. It makes the simplest meals feel gourmet.

My favorite condiment and bound to change any mayo hater. I put this on everything - from avo toasts to italian subs. Game changer in the condiment game.

These are now staples in our pantry. The dill pickle one is our favorite and in my opinion the most unique. The dijon one isn’t that necessary to have. And to be totally honest it makes our fridge look so much happier- branding is excellent! Getting the full set for someone is a great gift.

The initial four flavors are delicious and versatile! My 10 year old daughter and I had a blast putting these on everything from grain bowls to burgers to turkey sandwiches. My favorite was the dill pickle flavor, but I love them all!

I bought Ayoh 6+ months ago. Purchased the 4 pack of mayo. The customer service was really great - when shipping was delayed, were notified and given a discount code. The mayo is good, the flavours are all really great and the consistency good too. The dijon mayo + the Giadinayo were our faves. Not sure if I’d spend the $ on a plain Ayón mayo, but it was really good as well!
If you love mayo, this is the brand for you. I ordered the sample box, and so far have tried the Hot Giardinayo. It was spicy it was zingy it was delish! Ingredients were clean, price was reasonable, and other than having to order online I would call it a win. Would order again.
As a sauce, dip or spread Ayoh stole my heart. I bought a pack of all the flavors and I'm blowing through them except for the spicy one which I'm saving for my son. Placing a reorder, I have to have the dill and dijon one at all times. The unflavored one is good, but I won't give up Hellmans so I will just keep the other two going.
