We’ve had the carry on and large suitcase for years now and they have held up really well (and they’ve been all over the world). They both fit a lot stuff in them as well. They roll really smooth and look sleek.

this is probably the best gift i’ve received! i have the carry-on size and it’s just very practical in its design compared to other brands. the portable charger and power/charging adapters are a great addition.

We've had our away bags for a few years and they have stood up to a lot of travel. The power charger built into the carry on is convenient and has lasted for over 3 years now. The wheels are also easy to use and haven't jammed or had issues. Overall the durability of the bags is very good.

Our away set has held up over many trips. Customer service was also great.

I got 2 large check in bags and 1 bigger carryon. I like the look and feel and it definitely adds a feeling of status. Can't go wrong with a 4 wheel, hard top luggage set. The returns are also amazing -- a 100 day no questions asked return policy definitely makes it easier to try the product

I purchased away for my daughter. I also purchased the packing cubes. They really makes packing easier and she can fit so much more using them. I added her monogram for a personal touch. It is proven to be very durable and she enjoys taking it on her trips!

I have the carry on, which is super lightweight but still durable. Wheels are super smooth and the handles are really sturdy. It’s been checked a few times while flying and somehow hasn’t scuffed or shown any signs of wear.

Really liked my Away at first, but honestly it gets scratched and scuffed really easily, which is a bummer.

Great luggage. Super chic and simple

I know Away isn't that *cool* anymore, but I love my original small carry on. It's a breeze for traveling, I can fit a lot in it, and I love how it wheels easily on four wheels. I have a bright pink color that's always easy to spot at baggage claim, and it also fits easily in the overhead compartment when I'm carrying on.

Initially bought a bigger carry on before my trip to Italy in 2019 and the in-store experience was a bit weird. I didn't really feel I had as much attention as other yt people in the store but I was just there to compare colors and sizes so I can go on my trip. I do like that they give a really nice beige bag for the luggage, super clean! This bag has gone through 5 countries and 10 cities and it's been a trooper. I get compliments on it and it works so well for what it is. I love the small things like the laundry bag, adjustable handle, the locking mechanism, and yes even the travel adapters they included! It's pricey but it's held up well and I love using it.

Very thoughtfully designed. - There's a separate compartment to separate your shoes from your clothes. - And your dirty laundry from your clean laundry. - It fits a surprising amount of clothes and compresses well. - Mutli-directional wheels work great and are durable.

Really love my Away suitcase. The different compartments are great, it makes packing more fun. I can fit a lot more than I would have thought into the case. And it feels really robust when i'm squeezing it shut and doing up the zips!

I've had my Away carry-on for a few years now and it has help up great. My favorite part of the luggage is how well made it is, even down to how well the wheels roll.

I got the small carry on size about 4 years ago and (pre covid) used it on international long haul flights twice a month. It held up so well and I still get so many compliments whenever I use it. You can tell someone who travels a lot designed this bag as it's got all the features you'd want without being super expensive and seems light but durable. I'll 100% be buying Away suitcases when I need to replace my larger case!

I’ve had the Perfect Carry-On for over 3 years and it’s held up and my favorite piece of luggage. It’s the perfect size and can hold a lot compared to other carry-ons I’ve had.

The best and clearest summation of Away as a Brand and Product is this: “They thrive in the spaces between your front door and your hotel. The most unloved space in travel is this one - the space between beds.” These are not my words (@allthingsmarco / Twitter) but his articulation of Away’s reason for being is adept I have owned 3 Away suitcases: The Medium, The Large, and the Aluminum Carry On I am appreciative of the quality and engineering that has gone into Aways luggage line - they work as expected, have large capacity, and sport a pleasing aesthetic that is recognizable from a distance But what I really love about Away is their “no-questions-asked” customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with an Away employee has been too notch, and it’s clear to me that they are a product lead but customer obsessed company

The quality of Away suitcases for the price just don’t compare to the market. They have an iconic look that people easily identify, but it’s more of a status symbol and solving an actual purpose. The wheels get stuck easily and the outer shell gets scratched easily. You can tell from the inside that the suitcase is super flimsy as well. Would not recommend buying this for the brand and look into other suitcase companies.

I first bought the weekender bag in black. After trying it out on a weekend trip I found it didn't suit my needs (it was heavy) so I took it back to the store and replaced it with the carryon roller bag in black. I was really happy with this decision and appreciated the lenient return policy! I've used my suitcase on over 2 dozen trips since then and its still in perfect condition. I am now considering buying a larger size for longer trips.
