Okay, so the items are pricey but my experience since purchasing in 2017 with customer service was always 5 stars. I love the dark green, it’s my favorite product. I used to travel every single weekend for work, and would take one of my three suitcases. I bought a backpack around the beginning of the pandemic, and the zipper has always been bumpy and weird. I planned on reaching out but I kept putting it off. I’ve had my eye on one of their everywhere bags for a bit. I love that they stand behind their product.

Functional luggage but a bit expensive.

World traveler carry on and large suitcase - both have held up well. The carry on easily fits in the overhead and when check the bright color is easy to pick out on baggage claim (I have the purple). I love the expandable section to help when I happen to need to shove a few extra items in. They personal re-charge station in your carry-on is amazing has has gotten me out of a jam multiple times!

I was gifted the Away carry-on bag as a college graduation gift. I LOVE it. It is the perfect size, super durable, and is a staple for me whenever I travel. The lock feature is super great too. I think it is worth the $ and a good investment.

I've had the suitcase for several years and absolutely love it. I also received the backpack a few years ago as a gift and have had a lot of trouble with the zippers.

I like the product a lot but the website leaves a lot to be desired. there were two different order buttons and the cues to move on with my order were confusing. overall pretty good though.

I travel a LOT. I have status on Delta and access to p much every airport lounge. So please trust me when I say: the Away Everywhere Tote is by far the best travel companion. It beats every other tote I've tried to travel with. I love how sturdy it feels while still looking sleek. It has a great shape that isn't so bulky that it looks weird on your shoulder. There are a ton of thoughtful compartments that are an overpacker's dream. There's plenty of room for clothing or a pair of shoes if you're in the "I only pack a carry on club" (weird flex but ok) and need a little extra space. The outer compartment includes a key leash & there's also a trolley sleeve (which I think is the most underrated travel bag feature of all time). Truly can't rave enough about this bag!

love my away bag!! it’s super durable while also looking sleek and stylish. i love their lifetime warranty system as well. it’s definitely an investment but it’s worth it!!

My husband and I both got away bags and they’ve been put through the wringer. The bags are stylish and hold up really really well. We’ve had a lot of bags not make it through overseas travel and these bags still look good many, many trips after.

These suitcases are great. I love the laundry bag feature. I don’t really use the charger that much bc it’s a little heavy and bulky. Could be nice if it was slimmer and more lightweight. The carry on I’ve been using for over five years and it’s treated me well. The larger ones are great too I just haven’t used them as that many times

I have a matching carry on and backpack that are my go-to pair for most travel occasions. So far both have held up quite well after a good amount of use. Find that they are easy to clean which keeps them both looking new. I appreciate the minimalist design which aligns with my style. I opted to personalized the bag tag as well which I considered a worthwhile add-on.

Love this luggage. But lost a wheel due to melting in Az sun on the back of our car. So wild. Haven’t taken the time to replace. But still have the luggage cause we love it and hope we can fix.

I love love love my Away suitcase. It's technically the carry on but some airlines won't accept it, so I use it as a checked suitcase. I really love it. I've rolled it through the streets of Europe and NYC and it can handle both very well. I recommend this all the time to my traveling friends!

Very high quality luggage. Good range of sizes, fun colors, and mine have lasted me a long time.

love love love my away bag! Finally got one and won't go back. The built in charger is CLUTCH. The wheels and handle are sturdy and i've used it a lot with no issues. Durable, functional and looks chic when traveling, which i love!

I bought a carry-on in white and have taken it on 3-4 trips so far. It adds a tiny touch of put-together on stressful airplane trips, and I really appreciate it! The light color does get scuffed but it came with a sponge to get the dark spots off easily.

I do really love my suitcase and I'm able to jam a lot of stuff into it (i have the larger sized carry on). I did make the mistake of ordering a light color (pink). It does get scuffed up at the airport and under the plane, but it did come with a magic eraser type situation to clean it back up at the end of my trips. I also love the packing cubes and toiletry bags that keep all of my travel gear well coordinated. Cute!! The battery is a little annoying if you are flying, you have to take it out of the suitcase and bring it on board with you.

I have 2 away suitcases, a carry on and a larger suitcase and they've held up for years! They make packing super easy and since using away bags, I've been able to decrease the amount I pack because they are so functional. The wheels can roll almost anywhere, I've been to several remote locations with bumpy terrain and they still work! They're easy clean as well. I've also had wonderful experience with away's customer service.

I have had an Away carry-on for about a year now and I am loving it so far. The price point is definitely a little high, but I do think you get a high quality product. Another thing that sold me on them is their lifetime warranty that means if the product fails they will replace and I find that to be a unique offer. I also love the color options and the limited editions they do.
