  • The idea of AG was great, and I was really excited to replace my probiotics and other supplements with one drink. I also really loved having the routine of drinking this in the water - it forced me to have a full glass of water first thing in the morning! The taste was okay, a friend recommended adding lemon juice and that helped a lot. I also found it tasted better cold. Overall if you want to add more of these nutrients to your diet in an easy non pill way, I would recommend, but I would be careful how it impacts your overall nutrient intake. My blood levels showed some concerningly high and low values after using AG for 5 months, and I experienced some negative symptoms because of those blood levels, so I no longer use AG and all of my blood work is back to normal.

  • I wanted to try AG because I was looking for an easy way to get all of my daily vitamins. After I had COVID in 2020, I experienced a lot of gut issues and developed lactose intolerance. After consistently taking my greens for over a month, I noticed a huge difference in my gut health. I was less bloated and able to tolerate dairy again! The impact AG has had on my gut health and sleep has made me a loyal customer for several years now. Thanks AG!

The bottle that comes with the initial purchase could be of a more durable quality.

  • I like this product but I wish I could notice the benefits easier... The product is very expensive and I can't tell if it works..

  • I enjoy taking this in the morning as part of my daily routine. I feel like it makes me healthier. Usually take an extra scoop if im not getting enough greens in my diet too

  • One of those products you just want to love but can't quite get there.

  • The lemon-lime flavor on this is not my favorite, and I find the consistency somewhat strange. I have enjoyed other brand's similar products more. That being said, my husband LOVES Athletic Greens.

    More flavor options.

  • I think Athletic Greens is a good company. They've been around for forever, and their AG1 formula really works. The #1 thing I notice is that it keeps you *regular* in the bathroom, which is invaluable when you've been struggling.

I've cancelled my subscription 3x, but I always come crawling back for more. AG1 is too expensive. I feel like I never use up my bag in time for the new one. But the benefits are so needed sometimes that I'm willing to fork over the ridiculous cost to get me some greens.

  • Expensive product for what it is. At $100/month, this is more expensive then a gym membership in most parts of the U.S. The quality of the product is solid, but the ingredients can be pretty easily procured for closer to $30/month at competitor sites.

    Better pricing options.

  • I used this product for a month, and overall I didn't find it worth the price. The taste is just okay - the way the product mixes leaves a texture that's hard to get past.

  • I feel like influencers online have been acting like this tastes much better than it actually is. I absolutely cannot drink this in just water – I have to mix it into a smoothie. I do feel like it regulates my poop schedule (lol), and I am getting a lot of vitamins I wouldn't otherwise get, so for those reasons I like it. But I really feel like they're pushing a false narrative with the taste.

  • I think this brand is too hyped by influencers. It does not taste great but I feel like it did give me energy. Not much of a difference and so expensive

  • I have learned from this product that I watch too much youtube and I am easily influenced. I decided to try this after a plethora of my favorite content creators recommended it and it was an interesting experience. I don't love the flavor or the texture, but I do think it does what it promises. The reason I rated it lower though is the sheer cost. $79 for 30 servings is outrageous and doesn't match the value of the product in my opinion. The flavor and benefits don't beat any of the other greens products on the market so you're mostly paying for the packaging and marketing.

I think the big negative is the sheer price, nothing about this product was worth $79.

  • I take AG every morning before drinking coffee/eating breakfast and have noticed a change in my energy levels and morning productivity. I also love the single serving packages for traveling!

Don’t love the aftertaste but overall a great product

  • AG makes it super easy to get in extra greens and necessary nutrients.

it took me a bit to get used to the flavor

  • The company’s customer service is amazing. I had an issue with shipping and they fixed it right away. They made a note on my account so it wouldn’t happen again. However, I had no noticeable benefits after a month of use.

  • After using it for 5+ months, I've found it has helped me feel better. I also am not sure if that's really true or if it's just a mental game! But it tastes decent for what it is and is quick to chug in the morning. Plus the shaker they sent helps really mix it up!

  • Whole family on board. love it for busy days to get the proper balance of vitimans and nutrients

  • I've forced myself to like many things meant to be good for me.... but I just could not push past the flavor to drink this long enough to get a real idea of any potential benefits. Like drinking a dirt flavored Flintstone vitamin. It could very well be a great product otherwise, sadly I will never know.

  • I love it - drink it every day. I feel better and have recommended to many. When I went to get my annual physical, my doctor asked "what are you doing differently?" - my checkup was so much better than previous visits. This is the only thing that changed. When I went to check out, the staff asked me the same thing, and started googling AG1. I tore the meniscus in my right knee 11 years ago - and even with surgery I always felt pain or tightness in that knee. Just a few months ago I found myself wondering "what knee was the one that was hurt?" - it had finally improved. It seems to me taking AG1, the only think I've really changed, has has a part in all of this. For years I took a handful of vitamins every day and they really did nothing to help. I've replaced them with AG1 and am happy for it.
