I have the water sign hydrating hair oil & i love it! I use it every other day, it makes my hair feel hydrated & shiny!

The hydrating mask, has saved my hair from impeding doom….I suffer from really dry ends from years and years of heat, this brings my hair right back to hydration & moisture. It smells like I just walked out of the salon…..I use it once a week & have seen amazing lasting results

Amika products smell great but I bought both the green and purple bottles of shampoo and conditioner and the leave in conditioner.it all made me scalp itchy and I've been losing hair!!! And I don't have a lot to lose.scary.had to discontinue use.this product may work for some but definitely not for me.verb and alurum are much better .hope this helps future buyers.

I ordered 2 bundles of shampoo & conditioner nearly a month ago, I got a notification to collect from my chosen collection point, but they never arrived.. I have contacted Amika over 20 times with only one reply, which said they would get back to me with an update.. BUT over a week gone by and no response.. such a shame a great hair product cannot match with great customer service. Very Very poor customer service Amika - good luck new customers !!

Not a reputable company I ordered two product sets and 1 full size product as gifts for my kids. They not only took weeks to respond to me and would never let me talk to a real person. They did not fulfill my order and thought it was completely acceptable to just give one of kids a gift. I disagreed and returned the other product with the return label they sent me and they refused to give me a refund. I have been a customer for many years. I tell everyone to BEWARE. This company has zero integrity and stole my money when they failed to return it to me.

I have been using the velveting dream, conditioner and shampoo for the last six months. I have noticed a significant amount of hair loss. Therefore, I went to my dermatologist and brought the products in. He didn’t determine that the conditioner had isopropyl alcohol, which can make your hair dry and tall and eventually fall out. Warning to everyone this product makes your hair fall out.

I have been using volume and thickening shampoo for a couple of years. I recently bought my 1L bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo smells awful-really chemically. I filled a complaint on the 19th of January asking if the product line had changed and that I was not satisfied. Crickets. I called the customer service line and left a message a week ago. Still no response. Obviously not standing behind their product. Customer service is terrible. Very disappointing. Lost a customer and I will be sharing this with the salon that started me on this product because they sell the product. Deb

I had a positive experience using a sampler of Amika products including a hair mask and a dry shampoo, The mask worked quite well on my course wavy hair. My hair was smooth and shiny after each use and the scent is light and pleasant. Would definitely buy again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! 35.00 FOR HAIRSPRAY, STOPPED WORKING 1/3 USED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE,TOLD WOULD GET NEW ONE SENT OUT. THAT WAS DECEMBER,IT IS NOW FEBRUARY AND THEY JUST IGNORE MY EMAILS NOW. PAID 35.00 FOR 1/4 CAN OF HAIRSPRAY. DON'T BUY.

I used the dry shampoo. I really liked it. At made my hair look clean and it smelled great.

I had very damaged hair because of hair dying, bleaching, etc. nothing helped me like Amika. I would say that if you also have damaged hair like me, give the Shampoo and conditioner time; it starts working for me after the fourth wash! also, it has the BEST SCENTS ever!

This is my holy grail dry shampoo. The jumbo bottle lasts forever for me and the dry shampoo actually really makes my hair look clean!!

I love their products. My hair stylist was the first person to introduce me to them and I've been a fan ever since.

Very Poor Customer experience on ecommerce store. on s21st Dec 22 bought iRED Flash Fix | Tangerine Dream ( Order No - 456282) from the Singapore website. I am writing this review on 28th Dec and still haven't received any communication on the shipment dates. Have emailed them a couple of times but no response still. Called up the Singapore office and they are unable to help, since the ecommerce is managed by there Hong Kong office. Make me wonder what kind of a company is this. Given, this experience, i didn't want to deal with them, but i am unable to even cancel my order, since they aren't sending me the cancellation link.

The Amika hair thickening cream is kind of life changing. My hair has always been on the thin side, & I see all of these people with beautiful full hair & get insanely jealous. When I applied this to my hair after a shower, I wasn’t expecting much. After it was dried, my expectations were blown out of the water. My hair was insanely thick & looked amazing curled. One tip of advice… make sure to not use too much because it’ll make your hair a little sticky. Other than that, I use this every time I shower & I can’t imagine my hair without it now!

I love the purple shampoo! It keeps my hair from turning brassy and helps me stretch out salon appointments.

I love their dry shampoo. Lovely fragrance, and does not leave flakes in hair. Many others make my scalp itch.

LOVVVE THIS BRAND! I love their soulfood mask. So good! The packaging is super fun and I did some research and most of their products are non-comedogenic which is great!

I love this brands products and their hot tools are extremely underrated. I have a rotating 1-inch barrel and I love how fast it heats up, and their quality of the product overall.

High quality products with the best scents! My favorite is their dry shampoo and humidity spray, use them both regularly! The hair mask is also excellent for adding extra moisture.
