Acid League impresses in reviews for inventive vinegars, sauces, and dressings that elevate cooking—standouts include Meyer Lemon Honey, Strawberry Rosé, Garden Heat, and Spicy Serrano Mayo—yet consistency varies. • I LOVE Acid League. Their dressings are my go to. The ingredients are so different than anything else I've had and their oils are fresh + pair well with everything.

I love everything I've tried from them and also feel like they're a great gift.

  • For the pan sauce and Meyer lemon acid: great products, amazing for dressings and marinades. A little spendy but i am an acid girlie so I love them. Pan sauce is a wonderful addition to bbq or smoking sauces.

  • I did really love these, but I didn’t just didn’t use them as much as I had thought / hoped to. The tastes are quite nice and if you really don’t like the acv tastes you can makes them quite easily.

Try a flavour you like. I purchased the value pack of three and it was a lot of product - which is great. But I only ended up liking / using one flavour daily

  • I love purchasing Acid League as a gift for others, it just seems like a refreshing gift idea and their bottles are so fun it makes you want to get in the kitchen. Got the Meyer Lemon Vinegar for my boyfriends mom as a Christmas gift as she loves it!! I think this is a really innovative brand, no one is testing out things the way they are and putting them on the shelf.

  • I regularly buy their meyer lemon one for salad dressings. I love trying all their unique flavour combos. I would recommend trying one that you can incorporate into your normal cooking.

  • I bought the Mango Jalapeño Cilantro Vinaigrette to use as a salad dressing, but it was too bitter for me.

I thought the product was too acidic, but since the brand’s name is acid league I guess that makes since. If you like apple cider vinegar you may like this dressing.

  • I had their pink peppercorn yuzu salad dressing. Bottle label is cute and that’s half the battle! The dressing tasted good, as recall it. As good as Olivia Wilde’s “special dressing”? We’ll never know.

  • I had the ginger sushi salad dressing (don't know the exact name) and it was soooo good. I just put it on plain spring mix with some carrot shreds and it's always so delicious.

  • It looks cool and is fun to cook with on occasion

i wish they thought of recipes or give more inspo to cooking with this vinegar

  • As someone who loves tangy, vinegary flavors, I was disappointed by this product. The flavors just weren't there and didn't blow me out of the water as I expected from the branding and marketing. They have since come out with a lot of flavors so I WILL try some more in the future to see if they can change my mind!

  • I love the variety and room for experimentation that this brand does. I always am intrigued whenever they launch a new line of products and makes me rethink how I use condiments and herbs.

  • Beautiful and artful brand. Their vinegars are are bright and add depth and flavour to a variety of different things I cook! The wine proxies (for me) are not a substitute for real wine but are such a great option if you’re looking for a non alcoholic beverage that has a bit more sophistication and flavour than flavoured water. Can’t wait to try more products as this brand is constantly innovating!

  • I wanted to really like this, and was hoping it would stop me from wanting real wine. Unfortunately wine is wine and this does not taste enough like wine. Was enjoyable tho and love all the flavor options.

  • I was drawn to the nice packaging when I bought this. Love the vinegars and hot sauces. My favorite is the Meyer Lemon Honey. I add vinegar to everything now (I never used it much before!). I’m excited for more flavors and products. I’m a big fan.

  • I tried the All the Alliums Acid League which is a powerful umani pan sauce with the depths of black garlic.

Overall I really enjoyed the sauce. I think an improvement could be an citrus component for it to be an all at one. However, I do think it's based on my palette than objectively what the sauce could be.

  • I ordered the vinegar sampler pack as well as a bottle of the mushroom concentrate, and overall I’m impressed. Love the variety of flavors in the sampler, but I think the garden heat is my current favorite one. The mushroom concentrate was really nice for adding a layer of depth to soup; I haven’t tried it for anything else yet but I imagine it will be versatile. Also, not as important but the bottles are pretty enough to leave on the counter.

  • Acid League is changing my cupboards - multiple cupboards - my pantry and liquor cabinet. Bored cooking up the same thing, grab a bottle of Acid League vinegar, sauce or condiment. Maybe not every product is a knockout of the park, but always something new to tell my tastebuds, "You are alive"!

  • I ordered the vinegar sampler and I love the quality and flavor of all of them. They feel very high end. Great for home cooks.
