(I plan to return and update after I've taken for a longer period of time.) I can't say exactly how much of an effect adding mushrooms into my diet in any form has made, but it's worth the health benefits even if, like most vitamins, I don't feel an effect. Compared to the powders I'd mix into coffee or growing and cooking my own, this is so much easier (and not grainy). I like the taste and softness of the cordyceps best personally. I haven't tried the reishi yet.
