Just OK. I had high hopes for this snack because I like ancient grains— but the texture was just meh, and too thin. The chip(s) kept breaking apart as I tried to eat them and the smaller pieces that didn't break were too difficult to eat. Love the idea, but I think they need to figure out chip density + flavouring.

It just didn't taste good :(

I tried to straight up Fonio and unfortunately it was just a little weird. I thought it might be a fun alternate for quinoa but I really didn't enjoy the texture of it.

I really didn't like the flavor or the texture. It didn't just taste like nothing, it actively tasted bad. The packaging is cool though!

The fonio is a kitchen staple and the chips are a go-to snack that you won’t feel guilty about.
