This company has great patterns and the quality of their yarns is fabulous. I love the easy instructions - if you're a beginner, it just takes practice (watch the videos). My project list is long, but the next project will definitely be from WAK!

There was a We Are Knitters pop up in NYC about a year ago and I loved that everything I needed was in the kit I purchased. The yarn is great (VERY SOFT!) and I loved that I could easily buy more yarn from my local yarn store because the yarn is sold nation wide. It was also great that everything I needed was in the kit, including the needles for the specific project I chose. The directions were easy and I made a sweater as a re-intro into knitting after finishing my last project (a scarf lol) 10 years ago.

Great for new knitters and those who love to knit but don't know what supplies to get. I really like their kits and received one as a Christmas present. The instructions took a little bit to figure out but that was probably because I had never knit from a pattern before.

I ordered a scarf kit as my first knitting project, and I love both the needles and the petite wool! The kits also come with a sewing needle and tag to customize your piece when it’s finished. Everything is very high quality and would make a nice gift. My only complaint is that if you’re a true beginner, like me, the instructions are a bit too vague and should really introduce the skills either by an online tutorial or illustration. Once you get started though it’s very easy to complete a beginner level kit.

I love their yarn and have used it for natural dyeing. It's really nice quality and honestly have gotten some great deals from them over time. I got recommended their yarn from a friend and would also recommend them to any other yarn lovers out there.

They are my intro into knitting. Their starter kits are great for beginners, and does a lot of community knitting events.
