I switched to Warby Parker three years ago and haven’t looked back. They are incredibly affordable for the quality. The customer service online and in person is unmatched. I’ve never received more compliments on a pair of glasses.

I ordered 5 pairs to rent and loved the variety of shapes and sizes they had. I didn’t end up ordering a pair to keep because they were a bit out of my price range but speedy shipping and the frames were good quality.

Love them! Transparent pricing and enjoy going to the store to try on in person.

Great service. Great selection of glasses. I liked that the base model includes scratch proof and glare proof lenses. At home glass testing has changed the game forever.

I think Warby Parker makes high quality glasses at a more accessible price point. It's great to be able to try glasses on if there's a Warby Parker store in your city. There are websites that allow you to buy glasses for even cheaper, but you usually can't try them on so it's a gamble. The glasses I've gotten from them have held up and feel like sturdy materials.

I first heard of Warby Parker many years ago from a Tyler Oakley YouTube video. I wasn’t sold then, as I was young as my parents largely were in charge of where I got my glasses. As I grew up, my head got bigger and the standard sized frames most places had would give me gnarly headaches. I couldn’t wear glasses for more than a few hours before just having to go on blind. So once I needed a new pair of glasses and went into a store the game was changed. I told somebody working my issue and they showed me their wide and extra wide frames (even too big for my big head). I haven’t gone anywhere for glasses since. It’s easy, it’s affordable, and it works for me!

I love the try-on home service so much – perfect to really find the right pair. I'm on my third round of Warby Parker glasses!

I had a great experience with Warby Parker and the glasses are very affordable. I've had the same glasses for going on four years and no complaints! I would say that if you have a strong or complicated prescription, it may be harder to complete. A family member had too many issues with their stronger prescription and adjustments that they just returned the glasses.

Quality is good not great but fair for the price, although it can be confusing to identify styles/tell the difference online and in store. In store experience is good if not a little overwhelming.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. Their model makes perfect sense for the US, where it’s otherwise unaffordable to get prescription glasses 👓 . Their frames are good, trendy, and durable. I don’t know if their anti-glare film has improved, or I’ve gotten more careful with my glasses (or both) but it my previous pair is still looking sharp. Their prices have gone up significantly and I haven’t had good customer service the last 2 frames I got.

Warby Parker is so convenient to order from and lightning fast to ship out your order. I’ve ordered two pairs from them and I’ve been extremely satisfied each time.

I love the ability to try 5 frames out for free before you pick one. It's always better to see them on yourself vs. looking on a website and model to deduce fit. The frames themselves are solid and get the job done. I wouldn't say they are the most luxurious frames out there, but they are priced incredibly well and will last. It's also nice that since they aren't as expensive you can change up your fames every few years.
