  • Stylish, contemporary frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Helpful, knowledgeable staff
  • Durable, long-wearing options

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, flattering frames, an effortless buying experience (virtual and Home Try‑On), and consistently helpful in‑store service and adjustments. Reviews also flag recurring weaknesses: lenses that smudge and scratch easily, frames that loosen or feel flimsy, limited fit/size variety (especially narrow, wide, and low-bridge), and occasional prescription or complex-Rx fulfillment issues—plus some durability concerns and mixed feedback on Scout contacts.

  • Super cute glasses! Super cool service offered that lets you try up to five pairs at home where you have the luxury of taking as long as you need to decide which pair you really want. Affordable pricing, great quality.

  • Great options and try on program

    Feedback

Not the highest quality but works great

  • A decent pair of frames but you can get better quality at other stores for cheaper. They lead the way but haven’t innovated much since then

    Feedback

Adjusting pricing, more variety in their frames, more options for lenses, better sunglasses

  • customer service is amazing and the entire process is very user-friendly. glasses are high-quality and hold up very well.

  • Love love love this brand! They always have adorable, high quality glasses for a low cost.

    The cost could be lower!

  • I switched to Warby Parker more than four years ago when I stopped doing to my brick and morter eyeglasses store that carried limited variation of glasses frame. Warby Parker's style, whether it is clean and classic or more edgy, has definitely provided a bigger variety for me to choose from. The ability to test out your frames without feeling the pressure of someone watching you to make a decision is honestly so freeing. I'm able to test out the frames as I like among five of the selections and send in my prescription to get my glasses done. In addition, Warby Parker provides warranty up to a year on scratched glasses. This has been helpful for me as my glasses tend to go through a lot everyday as I'm constantly always taking them on and off. I appreciate Warby Parker's overall customer service as it does increase customer satisfaction and has allowed me to want to come back to Warby Parker and utilize them as my primary source of prescription glasses.

  • Love my Warby Parker prescription sunglasses! They were super easy to order and they even called my doctor for me to verify my prescription so that I didn’t have to. The quality of the glasses is unmatched and I can’t wait to order more

I honestly can’t think of any feedback. Just wish my insurance would have reimbursed my HSA account but oh well

  • I love the idea of trying multiple glasses on at home. It's convenient and I can wear for a couple of days for the best feedback. The overall quality is good, however I do feel like both sets I ordered smudge and scratch easily - even when kept in the case when I'm not wearing them. I also felt like my eyes were always watery when I'd wear my glasses but not with other brands. Could've been a coincidence. Overall, I can get the same quality for less, but I like that they donate a pair in need with every paid sold.

    Feedback

My improvement feedback would be more transparency in pricing for those of us with stronger or complex prescriptions. I was under the impression I was getting one price but then had to pay more because of my astigmatism.

  • I got a pair of glasses from them a few years ago. My in-person experience at the store was wonderful and the staff was very helpful in helping me choose a style I liked. They have a wide variety of styles and frames, but in the store, it also felt like there weren't a whole lot of options for people with smaller face sizes. I have a small face and the kids glasses were too small and the regular were too big.

    Feedback

I think more styles in-store would be helpful to make a decision. And also for an expensive price, there are better less expensive options out there.

  • I own a pair of glasses and am currently testing the sunglasses out now! Their products are very high quality. Highly recommend.

    Feedback

I think you need more color options for each pair, or atleast core color options that all of them have. For example, I love the tortoise color but it isn’t an option for the Percey sunglasses, which are my favorite sunglasses option so far.

  • Cute and inexpensive product with amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

    Expand asian fit section.

  • I enjoy going into Warby Parker stores. The turn around time for glasses is fairly fast.

    Feedback

Personally I find their glasses too heavy and don't fit my nose well.

  • I disliked not just the frames but also the experience in the store. The workers were dismissive and rude. I do not mind a store being busy but they essentially refused to serve us. I ended up coming back when other workers were there getting the glasses. As for the glasses themselves, they are fine. Nothing incredible, overpriced compared to the competition.

  • I love the try on service, made it very easy and convenient to pick a pair of glasses that I liked

    Feedback

    Great and helpful customer service

  • I have 4 pairs of warby Parker’s! The customer service is top notch. I love that i can start a chat from my computer or text a number on my phone. Their customer service feels like chatting with a helpful friend.

  • I love the idea; they kicked off a trend, and I'm grateful for that. The monopoly on eyewear in the US sucks. However, I am not so in love with the glasses. I think you miss out on a lot if you're not near enough to one of their retail locations to get the fit adjusted. A personalized fit makes a big difference. That aside, I've never loved how heavy/bulky most frames are; they're not something I'm comfortable wearing everyday. I do think that if you live in an area where they're located, it's probably a different story. I'll also add: their packaging solution for contacts (while not something I can use with astigmatism) is wonderful.

    Feedback

Potentially working with local eye doctors to provide fit adjustments for customers would be a way around fit issues. I'd also love to see them expand their contacts line to include people with astigmatism because the packaging is SO smart.

  • I had such a great experience with Warby Parker when I bought new glasses. I usually go to LensCrafter, but really didn't feel like going, nor did I feel like spending the money on designer frames. I did the try-on at home deal from Warby Parker, and they made it so easy. I ended up doing it a second time and ordering frames after. Everything was really quick, they had great communication, and the glasses were a fraction of the price of what I would've paid elsewhere.
