Birthday cake have been my fave readymade cookies since trying them. Will stock up almost once a week. I prefer my cookies crunchy and these have the perfect texture to my taste. Really enjoy them.

My go to for creamy goodness when cooking, and my fave when making “milky” espresso-based drinks.

80% of my skincare is the ordinary now. I like how straightforward their products are. I can easily add or subtract steps depending on the season or the needs of my skin. Their multi-peptide serum is a staple in my routine as well as their exfoliators. I also love their hair serum.

I tried the leave in conditioner and the gel. Love both, I haven’t found other brands that work for me. I have wavy hair that gets easily weighed down but also needs a lot of hold. Also the products smell amazing.

I’m a sucker for their leggings. I’m a gym rat and find theirs the most comfortable. Their sports bras are also good. I was disappointed with their sweatpants (some pilling after a few wears). But overall still really enjoy their products.

I’ve only tried their toothpaste bits. It’s been great for travel and camping. I’ve tried using long term, but don’t feel is quite as effective in cleaning and protecting my teeth as other toothpastes

Love their mission and so far have had a good experience with their products cleaning products my faves are their hand soap and all purpose cleaner. I’m on the fence about their laundry detergent. I have a front loading washing machine and the tablet always gets stuck in the front and not dissolving. Their spray bottles are plastic, but seem durable so far.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. Their model makes perfect sense for the US, where it’s otherwise unaffordable to get prescription glasses 👓 . Their frames are good, trendy, and durable. I don’t know if their anti-glare film has improved, or I’ve gotten more careful with my glasses (or both) but it my previous pair is still looking sharp. Their prices have gone up significantly and I haven’t had good customer service the last 2 frames I got.

Their customer service and their platform. I had to pay for a new eye exam and new lenses for a mistake a store attendant made during a virtual vision test. Customer service would never get back to me. And in-store, they would tell me there was nothing they could do. It seems like their platform wasn’t flexible enough to resolve the mistake??

I really like the two products I’ve tried so far. I first tried their unseen sunscreen two years ago after a terrible allergic reaction to another brand. It has been great for sensitive skin and for regular wear. I really like the feel of it. I don’t wear much makeup but when I do it works great as a primer. Lately, I’ve been using their glow screen almost daily. It feels light and moisturizing.
