Such an easy online process - would highly recommend these to anyone. Luckily I live near a brick and mortar location, so adjustments are easy to get done

I ordered the glasses online 👓 for my husband who has a simple prescription but with different issues on each eye. The placement of the order went smoothly. The website easy to navigate. However, It took a longer than expected turn around b/c staff had questions about the prescription taking them 4 days (almost a week!) to call him for clarity. We appreciated the care. Tho, after the call, it was our opinion that, the live questions could’ve been easily handled via text or email, cutting down on turn around time. In the end, It did not save us much on overall cost given the still exuberant cost of the add on’s such as anti -glare, anti - scratches. Which is what we hoped. Now a days with the quality of lenses, the aforementioned should not be a luxury. But, after a year, durability has not been an issue. That said, I would recommend it to friends given the customer service and if NOT going to see an eye doctor is a preference.

I love Warby Parker! I feel like they have high quality eyewear for the prices; especially eyeglasses. Some of the frames may look basic but they pair well with any color and are available in a lot of widths. I also really enjoy their 5 frame try on before buying box if you’re far from a store.

I love Warby Parker and their amazing customer service! They are super easy to use and very helpful. We have a store nearby and are able to go in for inexpensive eye exams. Their try before you buy policy is the best, as I don’t love glasses on me.

First time I went into a Warby Parker was probably 2011 in San Francisco. I heard about how you could pick out 5 pairs of glasses and they would ship them to you but I just wanted to go to the place in person. At the time the SF store was one of very few so it felt exclusive and fun. I picked out a pair of glasses and was happy they were affordable for a college student like me. I ended up finding another pair of glasses (non-warby) a few years later that became my go-to for about a decade. Finally I got health insurance and decided to get a new pair of glasses. Warby definitely has better options than my optometrists office did! The employees are attentive and helpful and I ended up with a pair of Warby's again 10 years later.

The choice of frames are similar in quality and styles to the doctor's office for a much cheaper price. I've never had any quality issues with my frames. My town has a store so it made trying and buying the glasses very convenient. The sales associates are helpful in helping you find styles that suit you your face.

Love that this brand has stayed consistent. Even though they come out with new styles, they never feel too trendy. They have a great selection at a reasonable price, especially with prescription lenses. They’re great quality, and my frames have lasted me a long while with consistent wear. Any time I have an issue with the frame or lens, I’m lucky to be near some Warby locations to take them in for adjustments. I always have such a great in-store experience, no matter the location!

I am an unashamed Warby stan. I have several pairs of their glasses and sunglasses. My insurance works with them, so they are an easy choice in that sense, but I also buy pairs outside of my insurance benefits since they are pretty affordable and I can use my HSA. They are not as cheap as some other online eyewear retailers, but I generally think the quality reflects that. I have pairs that are several years old that are still holding up well. I personally live close enough to a few of their retail locations that I go try on pairs in person rather than doing the home try ons, but I have in the past and enjoyed it. My only complaint is sometimes the glasses need some adjustment when you receive them but that's a risk with any online eyewear.

I have been wearing Warby Parker's for about 5 years now. I love their simple yet fun designs. The best place to get high quality frames that are still affordable.

I did the try five trial, picked out a pair. The glasses came and I changed my mind and the style. I sent them back and they were remade in a style and color I loved. Also went to the brick and mortar store to have them adjusted to fit perfectly. Bought trifocals and had wonderful experience with the purchase online. I'm very happy with the vision provided and the price was very competitive.

This was hands down the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I chose the five pairs of glasses I wanted to try on and they were shipped to me so fast. Then, all I had to do was upload my prescription and choose a pair to buy. The process was super simple and my metal frame glasses are SO cute. The price was also not bad considering the fact that I don’t have vision insurance.

Warby Parker has some of my favorite glasses and for a great price. They have a great selection of shapes and hues and they're super durable and great quality. They also have great customer service and everyone in the stores are always nice and helpful. The option to pick up in store or have them shipped is also great if you need some flexibility.

As a Warby Parker eyewear customer with two pairs, I can say that I've generally had a positive experience with the brand. Their glasses are stylish and on-trend, and they offer a wide range of options to fit different face shapes and personal styles. Additionally, the affordability of their eyewear is a definite plus, especially when compared to other designer brands. However, one thing I wish they would improve on is the weight of their glasses. While they are comfortable to wear, they do feel a bit flimsy at times, and I would appreciate more heft to them. Overall, though, I would still recommend Warby Parker for their great selection and value.

I've been a Warby Parker customer for years, and I never fail to go back. They offer a wide breath of options and I feel like I can always find something that works for my face. I'm always going back to them because the process of ordering a new pair of glasses directly to my door is so incredibly easy. I have my prescription saved in my account, so all I have to do is choose which pair I want and hit order.

I only buy my glasses from Warby Parker. I love their mission mostly, but also their cute frame styles. There is a huge variety and I can always find something that fits my wider face. They also make the process of updating your eyeglass prescription super easy.

I LOVE Warby Parker. Their stores are super clean and have technicians that are actually knowledgeable and don't try to sell you on anything. I have been a Warby Parker wearer for at least 8 years and will never go back. Also, their customer service is perfect. Once I had a pair of glasses that I accidentally ripped the nose cushion on and when I brought them in they replaced what I ripped for free and cleaned my glasses for me.

Easy try on and test program. My glasses have lasted me so long that it’s hard to say goodbye! I think they really are worth their money to not have any problems at all for five years.
