Reviews mention

  • Stylish, flattering frame designs
  • Seamless home try-on experience
  • Consistently excellent customer service
  • Durable, long-lasting eyewear
  • Scratch-prone lenses durability
  • Frames loosen and stretch
  • Limited inclusive fit options
  • Occasional heavy, nose-slipping fit

Warby Parker earns strong reviews for stylish, durable frames, an easy buying experience (notably the at-home and virtual try-ons), and consistently excellent in-store service and adjustments—so yes, the brand is good. Reviewers also flag weaknesses: lenses can scratch or smudge, frames may loosen or feel flimsy for heavy daily wear, fit can be tricky for low-bridge or small/wide faces, and home try-on availability can be limited.

  • I used to spend a fortune on glasses from the optometrist. The choices were narrow and expensive. When I found Warby Parker, I never went back! I saved hundreds of dollars and got pairs I actually liked with their try on kit. Thankfully, a retail location opened near me so I can take advantage of trying on in-store to streamline the process. I can also get free adjustments and got a replacement nose pad when one cracked. I love it! Even though WP isn't in my insurance network, I still get a partial refund with an out-of-network form and use my HSA funds. Highly recommend!

  • I’ve been a Warby fan since I bought my first pair of glasses there in 2015! The customer service remains top notch both online and in-store, and they continue to evolve their glasses styles with the latest trends (though I have wanted a few more non-acetate options in recent years). To speak to the quality of their glasses, I still have the pair of polarized Downing sunglasses I bought in 2016 and wear them often! There are a few slight scratches on the lenses so I was looking to replace them last year, but the new Downing sunglasses have a slightly different shape that I don’t love as much and Warby doesn’t replace lenses on old frames. That said, I just purchased a new pair and am happy with them! I trust the quality of this new pair will last me a long time as well.

  • Nice glasses with a lot of cute styles. The brand definitely markets to a specific "type" of person, which I am not, but I still like the glasses I have from them. Too expensive for what they are (plastic).

  • I love their selection of glasses and thin glass options since i have high perscription

  • I ordered some sunglasses from this website and was fairly pleased with the quality of the sunglasses. I ended up returning them due to the price. If the price was a little more affordable, I would've definitely kept them

  • Super easy to buy glasses through them! 10/10 still have my pair years later. Even after something went wrong with my pair they were able to give it a quick fix in store.

  • I ordered my first pair of prescription sunglasses from Warby Parker in December 2023. The store had a ton of styles to try on and the ordering process was easy. I was also able to reimburse for part of the cost through my vision insurance.

  • in an era where glasses are just so expensive for the brand name, warby parker really stepped up to provide a low-cost, yet still fashionable option to this all! i have purchased from warby parker two times and both times have been stellar. not only are they much cheaper than other glasses options, but their try-on is where they really shine. you can pick five glasses to get shipped for free! it is so nice to have that option as, not gonna lie, sometimes picking glasses in person is overwhelming and sometimes i just need to be in a safe space to obsessively try the same pair of glasses on ten times. warby parker, yes for convenience and affordability and style!

  • I've always had excellent experiences with Warby Parker in the few times I've purchased from them. While I haven't purchased in-store, I've used their famous in-home trial where the company sends five pairs of frames for individuals to try on in the comfort of their home before deciding which they might want to proceed with. Both times I've opted for Warby Parker frames, I haven't regretted it. Further, the price point was transparent and affordable. Both times I purchased from the company, the final total was significantly lower than what I would have paid for at a traditional eyewear store. Finally, I love that it's a Certified B Corp, meaning that it's a social enterprise organization and seeks to provide social benefits with profits instead of simply returning to shareholders. As someone with a nonprofit background, this really speaks to me!

  • I got several for all the cars and house levels. Don’t have much of a prescription but light and perfect.

  • I used to work for Warby and honestly I love their glasses and it’s affordable for the quality! They give a lot of lens options, only thing is I do have to clean the lenses every 5 minutes.

    Works for Warby Parker
  • Such a lovely brand with an authentic mission and purpose. Price point is incredibly affordable, and customer support has been fantastic from the beginning.

  • the price of these aren't always worth it but I love my glasses and get so many compliments! maybe every 3 pairs I'll treat myself with warby Parker frames. the customer service is great online and in stores.

  • My sister loves this brand. She's been a loyal brooklynite follower for years and probably has gone through 4-5 glasses styles. She loves the vibe of the stores that they sent you. One's to try out. And she loves the bookworm ask/ french vibes at a cafe with a good book that some of the thicker frames give you. I think she looks cute in them. They seem to hold up really well and she's pretty rough on her glasses.

  • Great frames to choose from the only problem is I often have trouble picking just one. Try before you buy eliminates the anxiety of ordering “blind” and the turn around is really quick. I love the fact that I don’t have to walk into an uncomfortable sales-situation with bad lighting pushy sales people trying to get you to spend $800 on a pair of frames. WP has great variety, great prices and the process is nearly effortless.

  • Bought my first two pair of glasses, they had an incredible deal too hard to pass up (buy 1 get the second half off). From the choices and styles available on the website (offers virtual try on) to going into the store to make my final decision, everything was seamless. I spent maybe a total of 30 min there including trying on so many pairs to ordering them. I even returned a pair to replace with a different style, zero hassles.
