I personally really like the mug I have from this brand, but it does have a couple problems with it. First of all, this mug is supposed to be portable. The lid included with it however isn't fully secured because if you tip it over to try and drink from the opening with the lid on, liquid spills out from around the edges. I can get over that because I normally don't take my drinks on-the-go anyway. The other problem with this mug is that it leaves a fair amount of liquid underneath itself whether the liquid is hot or cold. This isn't a big deal to me, but others might find this annoying. Everything else has been great with this mug. It's very easy to clean, and it heats up liquid well in the microwave without the mug getting too hot to hold.
