My experience with Tuft & Needle has been overwhelmingly positive. After owning a very expensive Serta memory foam mattress that cost around $3,500 and only lasted about five years before developing weak spots, I was hesitant about trying an online mattress brand. However, after extensive research and comparing brands like Lull, Leesa, GhostBed, Purple, and Nectar, I decided to give Tuft & Needle a try. What I loved most was the comfort, value, and overall quality. The mattress feels incredibly supportive yet soft enough that my back, knees, and hips finally feel relief. It honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated that the company is American, manufactures in Arizona, offers a non-prorated 10-year warranty, and provides a 100-night trial. Delivery was prompt, and setup was simple. What needs improvement is hard to say based on my experience, because I’ve been very happy so far. If anything, long-term durability is still something every mattress buyer wonders about, especially after past disappointments with expensive brands. While my early experience has been excellent, only time will tell how it holds up over the years. Overall, Tuft & Needle feels like a smart, comfortable, and affordable choice.
