I have two of their queen mattresses for 5 years. It’s held up well. I rotate it once a year and it always feels better after. 

I have purchased two Tuft & Needle mattresses in the last nine years, and I will keep coming back because of the customer service. I ordered my first mattress in January 2015, and 2.5 years later, it was damaged because of flooding during a move. I called the company to ask if it was still safe to use and what they would recommend doing. I had just finished grad school and was moving to start my first job as a public school teacher. Tuft & Needle told me to toss the damaged mattress, sent me a brand new one and a care package to go with it. When I needed a new mattress following a different move in 2022, there was no question where I would return. The mattresses have all been comfortable and good quality, but the customer service is truly unmatched.

Sleep on it every night and I have had it for over a year. Extremely comfortable. Great price point and easy to unpack and set up!

Tuft and Needle mattresses are great products. They are a bit on the softer side - if you're looking for a firm bed, tuft and needle ain't for you. Prior to their acquisition, they had excellent customer service as well. If you're in the market for a new mattress, I definitely recommend you consider Tuft and Needle. 

Loved this mattress! It's the perfect middle ground of soft / firm and wasn't hot at night. 

I've been using the "Original Foam Pillow" for 2.5 years and I'll never go back! It's still in great condition, I don't wake up with neck pain and I like that it has a washable cover. 

I have the Tuft & Needle dog bed, and it serves as our dog's crate bed. We've had it for about a year, and it has held up very well thus far. I love that you can separate the two surfaces to effectively create two different beds.

Super comfy, well priced, sleeps cooler than most memory foam mattresses... nicely designed product I am proud to have in my home. 

I used this mattress for ~3 years. At first I really liked it and thought that for the price it was comfortable. After ~3 years it started to really sag and make my lower back hurt. I didn't think it lasted as long as it should have and I would not repurchase.
