  • My experience with Tuft & Needle has been overwhelmingly positive. After owning a very expensive Serta memory foam mattress that cost around $3,500 and only lasted about five years before developing weak spots, I was hesitant about trying an online mattress brand. However, after extensive research and comparing brands like Lull, Leesa, GhostBed, Purple, and Nectar, I decided to give Tuft & Needle a try. What I loved most was the comfort, value, and overall quality. The mattress feels incredibly supportive yet soft enough that my back, knees, and hips finally feel relief. It honestly feels like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated that the company is American, manufactures in Arizona, offers a non-prorated 10-year warranty, and provides a 100-night trial. Delivery was prompt, and setup was simple. What needs improvement is hard to say based on my experience, because I’ve been very happy so far. If anything, long-term durability is still something every mattress buyer wonders about, especially after past disappointments with expensive brands. While my early experience has been excellent, only time will tell how it holds up over the years. Overall, Tuft & Needle feels like a smart, comfortable, and affordable choice.

  • I’ve had a really positive experience with Tuft & Needle overall. The setup was incredibly easy, the materials feel high quality, and the mattress provides great support without feeling too firm. I especially appreciate how well it regulates temperature compared to other foam mattresses I’ve tried. The only reason it’s not a full five stars for me is that I wish it had just a bit more plushness on top, but overall, it’s a comfortable, well-made option I would definitely recommend.

  • Loved this mattress! It's the perfect middle ground of soft / firm and wasn't hot at night.

  • Sleep on it every night and I have had it for over a year. Extremely comfortable. Great price point and easy to unpack and set up!

  • I've been using the "Original Foam Pillow" for 2.5 years and I'll never go back! It's still in great condition, I don't wake up with neck pain and I like that it has a washable cover.

  • I have two of their queen mattresses for 5 years. It’s held up well. I rotate it once a year and it always feels better after.

  • Super comfy, well priced, sleeps cooler than most memory foam mattresses... nicely designed product I am proud to have in my home.

  • This is the best value mattress on the internet! I much prefer this to my more expensive Casper.

I would prefer if I had reassurance that it was plastic/forever chemical free.

  • I have the Tuft & Needle dog bed, and it serves as our dog's crate bed. We've had it for about a year, and it has held up very well thus far. I love that you can separate the two surfaces to effectively create two different beds.

  • Tuft and Needle mattresses are great products. They are a bit on the softer side - if you're looking for a firm bed, tuft and needle ain't for you. Prior to their acquisition, they had excellent customer service as well. If you're in the market for a new mattress, I definitely recommend you consider Tuft and Needle.

  • I've been sleeping on a Tuft & Needle mattress for a few years now and it has not disappointed. In an increasingly busy direct-to-consumer foam mattress brand area, Tuft & Needle's branding has differentiated itself.

  • Took forever to decide between Tuft & Needle and Casper for my mattress, but I'm so glad I chose T&N. I have lower back pain and am always affected by the quality of my mattress, but I've been in such better condition since switching mattresses. I've also treated myself to their pillows, and that was such a good decision. Highly recommend if you feel like investing in your mattress/pillows.

Not cheap, but also in line with other similar brands. What can you do!

  • i had tried a few other similar mattresses before buying tuft and needle and will not be buying anything else ever again. literally so comfortable and holds its shape well. i’ve had one for a few years and it still feels like something i recently bought. delivery is easy, as well as setup

  • I purchased the Mint mattress and it was unfortunately way too hard for us. But Tuft & Needle made the return process super easy, so I give them props for that.

  • My husband and I love a firm mattress. We had Ikea's Morgedal firm mattress before and wanted something deeper + taller for our new bed and ended up with Tuft & Needle's mint mattress which has been settling in well for the past year.

  • If you like a soft-medium mattress this is for you. Easy shipping and unboxing but make sure you get out of the way!

Does not come with or need a box spring so think about ordering a higher frame unless you like a low to the ground bed

  • I'm very happy with the Tuft and Needle bed that I have. That said, I think the mattress is actually the same quality as a mattress I could have gotten for half the price from Amazon.

  • 5 — Maddeningly convenient! 3 — Little too soft for my particular back. Is it the best mattress I've ever had? No. Was it emboldening to be able to buy myself a mattress with my big fat paycheck from a new job, a few years back? Yep. Wouldn't be my go-to rec for someone with means, but it's a pretty convenient option if you live in a major metropolitan area, are strapped for cash/ballin' on a budget, and don't have an easy way to drive a mattress to your abode.

  • I used to be a nonbeliever in memory foam mattresses of any kind - fiercely loyal to the high-end Serta I inherited from my sister as a teenager. Then, 1000 miles away from that mattress, I bought a a Tuft & Needle -- and the rest is history. I've had my T&N for 8+ years, and it is (i) extremely comfortable, (ii) molds to your body, posture, and sleep angles, and (iii) at an incredible price to value ratio. I would not expect a <$1000 mattress to be this good - but here we are. Highly recommend.
