Truff reviews and discussion

Three of their flavors were handed down to me by someone who loves truffle oil on everything but couldn’t get into these. I love hot sauce but meh about fake tasting truffle oil added to stuff to try to make it “fancy.” All 3 have that vibe but one was so hot you couldn’t use enough to get any flavor. The other two are also hot but not overwhelming. Still, the combination of flavors is not something I ever reach for. They have been sitting in my fridge long enough that probably it’s time to trash them. Even for free I would pass on these, sorry!

I love foods with truffle so was excited to try this. I appreciated the design of the bottle which was a good size. In terms of taste, it was pretty good! The truffle taste was strong, there was also a strong tomato taste to the hot sauce. It was slightly spicy but more on the mild side. If you want a little kick to add to your food this is a good option but it's not going to add a ton of heat.

They’re local to my hometown and I LOVE their hot sauce. Their pasta sauce is bomb too

As someone who loves hot sauce, I thought I was going to love this! The hype was real, but honestly, a bit exaugurated. I think it was fine, but nothing really super stood out to me.

Love truff hot sauce - can't wait to try the other products. I hope it becomes more widely available and the price point is able to drop a bit

All these sauces are delicious! Great on eggs, in bowls, or anything else you'd put hot sauce on. Having this in the fridge is a huge flex.

Overall, had trouble finding what to pair it with where the truffle wouldn't totally take over... french fries were a hit 🍟

I think for the price, the truffle flavor could be stronger. While it is a good tasting hot sauce, it isn’t worth the money.

pricey but tasty. pasta sauces are great straight out of the jar, but not remarkable enough to make me return to the shelves to buy again and again.

While I love Truffaut branding and some of the cool collabs they’ve recently launched, I ultimately wasn’t sold on the flavor compared to some of the other staple hot sauces we keep in our fridge. Think it’s just a personal preference.

I love that they've made truffle flavor more accessible. Just tried the pasta sauce and it was superb!

This stuff is addictive. It's so worth the price! A drip (or a puddle in my case) adds so much flavor and the right amount of truffle to any dish. If this doesn't fit in your budget I'd recommend the trader joes truffle hot sauce - such a good dupe!

Every sauce is SOOOOOOO good and so unique!! I put it on almost everything. The gift sets are gorgeous, too!

I've tried the red bottle which I believe is the spicer version and have enjoyed it on all sorts of things from potatoes to mac and cheese. If you're not a fan of truffle, this is NOT for you. It has a powerful truffle taste but I love that

Great flavor, not too overpowering like some truffle flavor products. Used it with some Mac and cheese, delicious. Packaging is sleek as well.

When I bought it I told myself it would be a one-time thing because it's expensive for a hot sauce but I have rebought it time and time again. I've found because of the nice packaging it's a good gift.

If you like truffles you’ll enjoy this.

I have not personally overcome my love for truffle things and I can’t resist any hot sauce, so yeah. I like this.

Have tried their truff mayo when I made elotes for a party and it was a hit! Also their hot sauces are so interesting, really amps up my foods. Love them

I know that it's a completely subjective product, you either like it or your don't, but just the smell of Truff was really overwhelming and almost made me nauseous. I know that is harsh but the truffle was extremely overpowering. They have great branding though.
