I kept hearing that Tower 28’s SOS spray was the OG, best one on the market. I’ve tried other hypochlorus acid sprays in the past but didn’t think they did much but dry out my skin. I was willing to buy the real thing and see if I noticed anything different. The main difference with the SOS spray is that it is also formulated to be at a specific pH of 4.5 that is best for the skin. It also doesn’t contain any other ingredients but hypochlorus acid. I was surprised to discover this one doesn’t dry my face out at all, not even using more than once a day or spraying liberally. It’s been helping to speed up some of my really deep cystic acne.

I tried the MakeWaves Mascara in shade Drift and the Swipe Serum Concealer in 2.0 BU. As someone with sensitive eyes (from dry eyes, eye strain, styes, and corneal scratches), this mascara was initially great; it didn't irritate my eyes and was easy to remove at the end of the day. However, as time went on, my eyes started burning and getting red. I also noticed my mascara kept transferring to my under eye area. I think this might've been because the formula quickly degraded, due to lack of certain preservatives. The concealer was a tad bit too light and cool toned (I'm usually a light color with cool undertones), which could've been because it was a NEUTRAL cool undertone shade. Moreover, I was disappointed with how drying the formula was, since it was advertised as a hydrating concealer with hyaluronic acid. Now that it's time to replace my mascara, I will be purchasing a different brand and I will be returning the concealer.

LOVE this item. I think its a great post workout, post airplane, post ANYTHING item that refreshes your skin. I initially got the small size to test and then bought the refillable one so I can just refill the small one and I can bring it with me everywhere! Only thing I wish was better was the price!

Love this spray, especially to use while traveling and after the gym, when you cannot wash your face yet but still want to feel fresh and clean. I carry a travel size with me almost everywhere. Has no smell and does not burn like other facial sprays. Highly recommend.

The lipsoftie lip treatment is super glossy and hydrating without the thickness or stickiness that other lipglosses on the market has. Great color payoff too, very opaque so you can actually see the color not a transparent wash.

While I adore most of Tower 28's makeup products, I think the "SOS Rescue Spray" is overhyped. I have the travel size spray bottle so I can keep it in my purse. First of all, the spray sucks compared to other misting sprays. Then the formula itself doesn't seem like anything special. Do I break out? No. Does my skin feel decent afterwards? I guess, though it's hard to tell much difference. As many other reviewers point out online, you buy drugstore hypochlorous acid spray for remarkably less and it does the same thing. I'd honestly skip this one.

I have combo sensitive skin which basically means half my face wants to break out and the other half gets mad at everything. This spray has been part of my nighttime routine for a while now and honestly? It just works. It’s hypochlorous acid, which sounds intense but it’s actually super gentle - it’s what your body naturally makes to heal itself. I spray it on after washing my face every night and let it do its thing before I put anything else on. What I like about it is that it calms my skin down without any drama. No stinging, no redness, no weird reactions. It keeps the oily parts of my face from acting up while not irritating the sensitive spots. It’s not a miracle product that’s going to change your life overnight, but it’s one of those quiet workhorses that just keeps things balanced. My skin feels better when I use it, and I notice when I skip it.

I found Tower 28 a brand that appeals to the youth in me - the products doesn't have actives but have more a fresh attitude. I have used their concealer in the past, but saw they had just released the Gogo Cooling Shimmer Eyeshadow Sticks. It's shimmery where it's subtle enough to wear on the weekend and even with my oily eyelids, it stayed on from morning through the early afternoon. It does have a cooling effect when you apply it which is great for use during the summer (but really, why not all year long!) The liner and shine lip kit was awesome easy to use without too much make up knowledge or skill because it's relatively light with pretty good staying power. Very solid variety of products for make up. I plan to gift this to my family and friends in their 20s and 30s!

Obsessed with the GetSet Matte Powder Blush I purchased! The packaging is really cute and convenient, the color of the blush is beautiful, and it's highly pigmented, so I know it'll last me ages. It was a great price, and shipping was fast! Overall, a great experience!

I have been so impressed with this brand. The concealer serum is the best concealer I have ever used, so when I saw they came out with sparkle eye shadow sticks I just had to grab them. They are sooooo pretty and much more pigmented than I thought they would be. Very smooth and easy to apply. I thought the “cooling effect” was probably just marketing but they actually are! It’s like a cooling water feeling on the eye which is lovely in the morning. Nice and compact so really easy to travel with which I love.

The cooling eye shimmer is possibly one of my products for the year. The light lilac (pictured) is new go-to for the week. The formulation is water-based so it dries down very quick and doesn’t budge easily. Definitely need a double cleanse when you take off your makeup.

I love every product from Tower 28! Their rescue spray makes my skin feel so clean and prevents breakouts. I also just started using the Palisades Pink setting powder, and I like how brightening it is without being overwhelmingly pink. The mascara is also a great option for lengthening, and it never flakes off on me!

Huge fan of tower28! I don’t wear a ton of makeup but what I do have from them i love. It’s easy to use and beautiful to wear. When I purchase more I will definitely buy from tower28. I like the brand and the mission

This has an awesome texture and a high pigment. It blends really nicely and confused on all different parts of the face. It really lasts all day looks much more natural than other cream blush. I have the juice balm too and it almost has too much pigment for me but I like a nude lip.

I had this concealer on my wishlist for so long and finally got to try it! It is super creamy and blends very nicely. I found it to be a hydrating formula, it is very lightweight so it didn’t feel super heavy. I think it gives your skin a little dewy finish, it’s not matte but instead gives your skin a natural look. The applicator tip is oddly flexible, similar to a lip gloss applicator. I personally prefer doe-tip applicators but it didn’t feel super stiff. Applying it is alright but then it just seems to really get super patchy and drying. I think the texture is nice in the beginning and it doesn’t feel heavy, but then it becomes the most drying feeling ever

I have been using these mascaras since I first got them and love how they wear. I have very naturally straight lashes, so I do have them lifted, but the mascara goes on beautifully and without clumps. I have also been using their new eyeshadow sticks which make for an easy, put together look in less than 5 minutes.

The Los Angeles in me is screaming at how Tower 28 incorporated the smallest of details in their product packaging! It features iconic places in Southern California and is consistent with their brand colors! I've used the below list of Tower 28 products the last two months and can finally provide a review on all the items I tried out! SunnyDays Tinted SPF 30 (4/5) This is a light mineral sunscreen foundation that has good coverage. It is buildable and has no white cast! I break out very easily with sunscreen yet this formula does not anger my skin! I did experience some caking but overall a solid product. Serum Concealer (3/5) The serum concealer tested my patience! The "glides like a serum" is honestly the best aspect of the concealer. However, it does cling to dry patches near my nose area. Even when I make sure all my base layers are fully dried, on occasion, this concealer causes pilling. I even tried it on with SunnyDays as the base and it still had pilling. I tried multiple moisturizers and had the pilling issue so I am not sure what the incompatibility may be with other products. Perhaps, it may be user error so I'll continue testing this out with different products to achieve better results. Intensive Rescue Serum (5/5) The Intensive Rescue Serum is the best product for spot treatment!! The bottle dispenser is a 0/5 (spits in all the wrong directions and not friendly to dispense the thicker serum)! However, I just checked the website again to see if others had the same experience. I am *so excited* to see that Tower 28 just launched a redesigned bottle with a new pump (thank you!!). SOS LipSoftie Lip Treatment (4/5) A staple for the windy yet hot fall days here in Southern California! I love the bold red color of the tube! The lip product is really non-sticky! I do wish the formulation had less ingredients such as the iron oxides, red 27 lake, and titanium dioxide but this lip product will be part of my permanent rotation.
