Very okay. I have had the theragun, and prefer the PowerPlate gun instead. the theragun is super loud, and the settings are not as good. 

I have had the Theragun massager for a few years now and whilst i think it's a great device, i rarely use it. I mainly have issue with my shoulder and i find it very heavy and difficult to use on that spot on my back. But i am still giving it 3 stars because for the right person it can be a great option.
