Developed by Kal Freese (two-time Finnish Barista Champion and top 10 World Barista Champion), and Michael Sharon (former Facebook product manager) - our software-like development approach combines food science and premium ingredients to create outrageously delicious drinks that are secretly healthy for you - like the world’s first macadamia latte in a can. 

Taika’s delicious coffee and matcha lattes are made from all natural ingredients, infused with adaptogens with no sugar, unnecessary carbs, or artificial additives. All products are plant-based, keto-friendly and have no added sugar. Current lineup includes Black Coffee, Oat Milk Latte, Macadamia Latte, Mocha Latte and Matcha Latte.

Taika is appreciated for its variety of flavorful, sugar-free, and health-conscious drinks, commended for its use of beneficial adaptogens and convenient packaging. Some of its popular offerings include the Matcha and Mocha Lattes. However, some customers have found the taste of certain drinks to be lacking in depth and intensity, with issues on texture and high price point relative to the product size.

I got the matcha latte flavor and the texture is really creamy. I enjoyed the taste, but it doesn’t have a very strong matcha flavor, mainly the macadamia milk which I still enjoyed. I usually drink tea over coffee so didn’t feel a significant difference with the adaptogens, but it’s something I would try again since I can’t get my homemade matcha lattes to have as creamy as a texture as this one. 

It’s a bit sweet, carby and nutty for my taste. Not bad, but probably not something I’d seek out. 

I'm not sure if it was the flavor I chose, but I wasn't a fan of this coffee. To me, the Mocha tasted like a sugar-free hot chocolate, but cold. I would have liked a little bit of sweetness, and craved that latte-foam you get with some other canned coffees. 

Like the convenience but wish they had a sugar free option!

I tried the macadamia latte, really delicious! I don't like super sweet coffee, and this had just enough sweetener to not be bitter, but wasn't like drinking a dessert. 

I've tried all the different ones and liked them all.

It was decent in flavor but the texture left a lot to be desired. Liked that it had clean ingredients though!
