Supergoop! impresses in reviews for comfortable, makeup-friendly SPFs—Unseen Sunscreen glides on clear and doubles as a primer, and Glow Screen delivers a luminous tint—while many note strong protection without white cast across skin tones. The reviews also flag drawbacks: some formulas feel oily or pill, a few cause breakouts or eye sting, shades/skintone match can miss, and several cite separation, packaging quirks, and consistently high prices.

SPF can be so tricky and hit or miss for me, but I really trust Supergoop. I use the Unseen Screen every day; I use the glow stick to reapply; and I use one of their SPF lip balms whenever I'm out. I'm willing to spend the money for their face products. I think they have something for everyone, and I find their website helpful in figuring out what fits your needs.

I've really wanted to try some of their body products -- like their body sunscreens, handscreen, and scalp-specific product -- but I think it's hard to justify the higher price point for these products, compared to what's out there from drugstore brands!

I love this product, I use it daily instead of primer.
I've had relatively sensitive skin my entire life, and neither Unscreen nor Glowscreen break me out. Glowscreen is for my "no makeup makeup" look. It's basically a real-life Instagram filter. Unscreen is great too - a clear gel sunscreen. Both are staples in my routine!

The term “reef safe” doesn’t have an agreed-upon definition - it's all marketing.
My skin is oily and acne prone, so for the longest time sunscreen or the thought of it was a nightmare. I also was on Accutane for 12 months when I was 30. My skin then was super sensitive and very very dry. Throughout it all Supergoop has been the very best product. In my early 20's I would count my pennies to buy a big jug of it from Birchbox. Now, I am thrilled with their expanded line of skincare, and my entire family uses it. What I love about it the most is that it does not cake under makeup. Other brands seem to for me, which turns me off from wearing sunscreen. Supergoop's formula is perfection. It's clean, vegan, cruelty, and reef safe. The brand's aesthetic is perfection and their products, while pricey, are worth every penny.

Nothing! Keep the new products coming!
I've been using Supergoop's "Unseen Sunscreen" for a couple years. A friend made me feel her face after she had applied it, and there was zero greasy residue. As soon as it is applied it feels dry, and doesn't have a discernable sunscreeny smell.
I LOVE this brand for their clean ethos and great formulas. Definitely my go-to for body sunscreen, and I recently tried their face sunscreens. I like them more than most, but did have a reaction to the titanium dioxide in the mattescreen—it's not in any of the other products, so I didn't think to check for it. Unseen screen for the face is still amazing though!
I love how lightweight the sunscreen goes on. I have used the clear face sunscreen and the tinted both feel exactly the same and have gone well under makeup.
I am a believer! Transparently, I have worked for a few competitor sunscreen brands in the past, so Supergoop! was always persona non grata. I was recently gifted their Unseen Body Sunscreen and since I live in FL, opportunities to use it are constant. I'm used to body sunscreens being greasy, heavy and overly perfumed but wowie I put this on over my body lotion and boom, it was gone. I actually thought something was wrong with the formula. It was like I wasn't even wearing it and that is the best kind of sunscreen. The mineral lip balm will make you look like you're practicing your clown makeup though.
At this point, I've almost tried all of their products. I started with the unseen sunscreen. I have combination skin, and it worked well; however, by the end of the day, my face started to feel greasy. I did try the dupe to this, and it gave more of a silicone smooth feel, which wasn't bad and didn't make my face as greasy throughout the day. The mineral mattescreen had a weird feeling compared because it is thicker. However, this one did wear much better throughout the day. I would suggest that if you are doing a makeup look, go matte and if you are wearing it for a short time but want a glow, then the unseen would be best. Overall love the product. The price is a little ehh, but it does last because you don't need tons of product each time.
love their sunscreen so much i use it religiously.
I enjoyed the texture of the face sunscreen. It didn’t leave a residue or film on my skin, which I appreciate and was light enough to put something on top of it. I appreciated the micro size so it can fit in a small purse.
Love the tinted sunscreen. It’s a must have in my everyday face routine and my makeup routine. Gives me that healthy glow and helps with the uv rays. A little bit on the pricier side but excellent product.
I love Supergoop's products, their everyday SPF is my favorite way to protect myself from the UV rays of the sun and it is such an easy and helpful product to add to your everyday routine, especially in the summer.
Supergoop! NEW Mineral Glowscreen Soft Radiance Drops SPF 40 I'm loving this New Mineral Glowscreen! My skin has a radiant summer glow without actually being in the sun! It evens out my skin tone, makes my skin look brighter and also protects my skin with SPF. I totally recommend trying it for yourself it comes in 2 shades.
Supergoop is the only sunscreen that makes me actually want to wear sunscreen. It goes on smooth, doesn’t leave me looking like a ghost, and somehow makes me feel like I have my life together.

Supergoop’s unseen sunscreen is a favorite when used in combination with makeup. It feels lightweight. Causes no breakouts. And does not sting your eyes. I noticed it leaves my skin with a blurring effect minimizing the pores around my nose.

I really wanted to love this skincare line, but it just didn't do it for me. It was overly greasy and didn't blend in well.
I have used the SuperGoop "glow" sunscreen, and it works well and doesn't make me break out much. I always get tons of compliments on my face looking glowy when I wear it, but for my personal taste it's a little too much shimmer. The real star for me, however, is the SPF sheer powder. I loved to use it in the winter, especially because sunscreen tends to break me out and I don't need a heavy slather in the colder months - just a little protection. The prices went up quite a bit and I stopped subscribing, but since then I haven't really found a suitable alternative so I'll probably go back.
I adore the supergoop unseen sunscreen. Whenever I am out with my girls doing a sun-related activity, they know I have it my bag and insist on borrowing it.
No white cast or greasy-ness. Absorbs well so it works under makeup and is good for everyday use. It has a light scent, but it's not bothersome to me, so I don't mind it
