Stasher Bag wins praise in reviews for durable, leak-resistant silicone storage that replaces single‑use plastic, performs in freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and even sous vide, and comes in versatile, space‑saving sizes and colors. However, many reviewers flag persistent drawbacks: tough-to-clean seams, slow drying that can lead to odors or mildew, occasional staining or smell retention, tricky openings, and rare tears or imperfect seals with liquids—making bowls/stand-up styles preferred for ease of use.

  • my favorite reusable storage bags! love the design and the colors that they come in. I've had mine for years and they are still in great condition although I do no put them in the microwave or boil with them. I use them for simple storage and sometimes I put them in the freezer. they've held up for years!

  • I get daily use out of my Stasher bags. They never retain odors from what was in them and look so chic taking out of the diaper bag or fridge. I love that they make so many different useful sizes too.

  • I got these to dial back on my plastic bag usage but I had to throw these away after a couple of months. They attract all sorts of smells from the fridge/ freezer which gets into the food.

  • Love stasher! I use them for pre-packaging all my frozen smoothie ingredients. I also use a small pouch for putting random essentials in my beach bag like a face sunscreen and chapstick, etc.

  • I only wish they were less expensive and easier to wash, but I love my stasher bags! They're easier for kids to use than the unsustainable plastic single use ziplock bags, too!

  • It's okay, I put mine in the dishwasher but I hate how it collects a lot of water no matter which way I put it. It's great for your sustainable friend!

  • Stasher's are the goto in my eco-friendly household, where we try to cut down our waste as much as possible. It's so nice to have a reliable alternative to a ziploc -- and honestly they're so much more versatile. We store just about everything in the stashers we have. They're a little pricey-feeling but for the amount of use we get out of them they're honestly kind of a steal.

  • I love the concept of these silicone bags. Everything from the colors, durability etc is superb. The only issue I have is I live in San Francisco where it’s humid and they never dry when I wash them. I’ve had a few mold on me but I know it’s where I live.

  • These are great! I am trying to be better about not buying single use ziplock bags anymore and slowly switching to reusable storage bags and these Stasher bags are great! I love the larger sizes to store everything. The new bowl collection is great too because it makes the bag stand up for easy storing.

  • Love these!! I'm always stealing my roommates lol. My biggest issue with them is their price point. It's hard to justify buying a lot of them but if I could, I would. Great for putting fruit in the freezer too!

  • I LOVE my stasher bags. I switched from disposable to reusable bags and was excited to try my stasher and a few other re-usable brands I also got. I by far choose Stasher more than most of my other bags. I appreciate the various sizes they provide as well. I definitely will be investing in more of these as I make the switch to reusable products!

  • Stasher has changed the game on single use plastics in my home. I haven't bought a Ziploc bag in nearly 6 years. The quality and design is currently unmatched.

  • I love stasher bags. The quality is phenomenal, ease of use, and best of all so much better for the planet.

  • Love having a reusable alternative to plastic bags, especially one as sturdy as Stasher. My family and I have also found the larger gallon ones perfect for sous viding!

  • I do like these but don't use them as much as I hoped I would. They're super cute, but it almost feels like you need a ton of them to make them worthwhile in your kitchen. I don't pack away lunches, snacks, etc to-go very much which is where I'd think this is really handy. I just tend to stick to my glass Tupperware over these but that's probably be personal preference!

  • Great idea, but kind of annoying to clean. I used these for a while and like the idea, but I didn’t have the patience to keep up with cleaning them and gave them to a friend. If you like ziploc bags for the convenience factor (rather than just for storage), these may not be for you. If you’re patient and committed, these are awesome.

  • I love the concept and I also love saving money by not having to constantly purchase new plastic baggies. What I don't love is how difficult these are to clean.

  • I love Stasher bags. They hold up so well and really do replace Ziplock bags for me! I use them to freeze meat I buy in bulk, store loose tea/seeds, and marinate food.

  • Slowly trying to become a more sustainable home. Instead of buying single use plastic sandwich bags each time I run out of a box, I buy one set of stasher bags that will last forever. I haven’t purchased ziplocks in months!
