I must be one of the few people who is not a fan of this brand. I find their products to be way overpriced but its the level of fragrance that I can't get behind. They are just so overpowering that it starts to give me a headache.

I tried this for awhile and didn’t like it but I decided to give it a chance again and it’s just kinda meh. I know that SDJ gets a lot of love but for me it’s just an okay brand. I didn’t find anything particularly special about this scent, it’s your typical fruity body mist that you can get at like BBW for a cheaper price. I know they get a lot of love but the longevity is practically nonexistent. I guess they’re very hit or miss and for me it was unfortunately a big miss. I think that the bottle is kinda cute tho.

Big fan of sol de janeiro! I don’t care if it’s glorified bath and body works, I love it. The purple one (59) is my all time favorite especially during the summer. It stays on my clothes and smells delicious and warm.

I got the Coco Cabana Cream as a gift from a friend and the smell was amazing. I can't use it on my body because I have sensitive skin in certain areas (body, face, and neck) but it works as a great everyday hand lotion.

From the first use, this shower oil felt more like a spa indulgence than a standard body wash. The texture is unique, it starts as a lightweight oil and transforms into a gentle, creamy foam on wet skin. I found that my skin felt noticeably softer and looked smoother right out of the shower. I didn’t get the usual squeaky finish I often expect from body washes, rather, my skin felt hydrated and comfortable even before applying lotion. The scent is an added bonus: warm and inviting with notes of vanilla orchid, sugared violet, sandalwood, and vetiver. The fragrance lingers pleasantly on skin and fabrics. Because it’s richer than many standard body washes, if your skin is very oily or you prefer ultra-matte finishes, this might feel a bit too indulgent.

This is my favorite scent! I have a bunch of the new sol scents and this one is mine and my bfs favorite. I like to use it on my hair and clothes and it maintains a scent very long just like a legit perfume. Highly recommend.

Sol De Janeiro is one of my favorite brands! My favorite scent is 48 or 68, they both are absolutely amazing. I use them daily and love them. The scent lasts quite awhile. It also lasts such a long time.

Sol de Janeiro never disappoints with their iconic scents! The new mist line featuring rose passionfruit and honey caramel is a perfect combination of fruity and floral scents.It instantly brings you to a beachy tropical vacation! It gives me sexy sultry vibes and reminds me of fun summer times. The scent is surprisingly powerful and very long lasting.

The scents are immaculate and last a decent amount of time for a splash although not much if you compare with high-end perfumes. The formulation on the deodorant leaves white streaks on clothes, and doesn’t cover all the funky smells but does smell great.

I have tried multiple scents from this brand and the pink and coconut are my favs! the pink one is very unique.. it’s a scent that you can’t easily find unlike coconut, floral etc. really love it myself but could be tricky if buying for a gift as other people might not love it.

Nice scents that deliver on their promise. They aren’t too overpowering, and while they aren’t going to last all day and night, they linger for probably 4-6 hours, maybe even longer depending on how many sprays you put on. I also find that they are great for layering with other scents!

wowie! the smell of this product is incredible...absolutely love. will be getting my sisters this for christmas, if you love tropical scents this is for you! absolutely perfect for travel as well. love

I love all of Sol De Janerios scents and perfumes. I use them daily, switching it up regularly. I love how many different scents they provide, they truly have something for everybody.

The scent of the Rio Sunset Glow Oil is really nice! It reminds me of the beach as a kid. And the color gives a lovely glow at first. But it feels greasy on the skin and doesn’t fully absorb, which makes it uncomfortable to wear for long. It’s also a bit too sparkly for me- more shimmer than subtle sheen.

Love this brand simply for the scents... the formulas & products are great and have cool ingredients, but the scent of the OG Bum Bum cream is just intoxicating! Love this brand, and their great packaging. Recently got the body oil & the unboxing experience was so cool!

I think they simply might be too “gourmand” of a scent profile to me, but I did enjoy the sample of the body butter. Not enough to repurchase at full size at full price, however, and the mist I finished although gifted to me by a friend.

Great moisturizing and great smelling body lotion, lives up to its hype. I've bought the trader joe's dupe before and it's not the same vibe as the real, original thing. Their SPF 50 body spray also smells incredible and I like that it's sun protection. Makes me feel good about using a lot.

BEFORE YOU GET MAD! This product smells unbelievable and I will forever buy their body mist because it smells like the beach and for $24 I want to smell like the beach but could we make it last longer? I feel like the second I spray it it loses its scent

Some of the scents smell kinda cheap but they all smell nice and the creams are so lightweight, hydrating and luxurious feeling. All of the products I’ve tried are great for summer!

This body scrub from Sol de Janeiro is heavily scented. I like how the lotion and other products in this line smells but it gives my husband who is very sensitive to scent a headache. I had to stop using it due to his complaints.
