    Skratch is the best hydration drink! I notice a big difference when I drink the hydration mix before and/or during workouts, especially in the heat. I’ve used Skratch regularly for years and the quality and flavor variety are excellent.

    I love love love Skratch products! I drink their electrolyte drink almost every day (lemon/lime or pineapple depending how active I was that day) and it's one of the few that's not overly sweet. I originally got into their products via the chews that everyone was raving about and I really like to eat them before a longer run (I haven't tried during a run yet because I don't love chewing while running but I can imagine it'd be a little annoying cause they are quite sticky to eat). They taste great and do give me small but sufficient energy :) But, again, my absolute fave is their electrolyte powders.
