bought two lingerie sets in the past - LOVE the lavender colored sets!

Quality of the fabric is frequently lacking (rough or scratchy threads, rougher textured polyester/rayon, not natural fibers), but the styles are incredibly flattering and there are so many to choose from!

I love many of the items that Savage X Fenty. They do not offer petite sizes, which is a bummer because their clothes are amazing.

I wanted to love these products, but ultimately they were just not the quality I was expecting. I had joined some monthly whatever, but I remember it being very difficult to cancel because of recurring billing and the exact day you cancel. I want to say after contacting their customer service, they refunded me right away. I’d say an A+ review on customer service alone, which should be held in high regard.

Love love love Savage X Fenty. Every bra I've received from them I felt so confident in because they're so flattering. The lace feels high quality and washes well in a bra bag.

I bought a number of types of bras from Savage X Fenty, and I wouldn't repurchase them. They were all somewhat itchy, and none of them fit perfectly. The bralettes lost their shape quickly and the bras felt really cheap.

Literally love!! Great quality and true to size

I was a VIP member. And will be again at some point. The items I received were absolutely gorgeous. Prices were very fair for what I got. Unique compared to some competing companies and you can tell when you put it on you have quality material. Soft luxurious and sexy. I was not disappointed. Easy to order and return. Subscription easy to manage. And most important easy to cancel when you need to. No problems in every aspect.

I’ve tried many of the lingerie type bras and a few of the monthly drops for the members and it’s been awesome. I think the brand is really innovative and size inclusive. The sizes are very true to size which is important to me. Also super fast shipping and easy returns when had to do them.

Wanted to love them so much. Gave Savage X Fenty many chances. It's technically inclusive, but there was barely ever any stock.

Quality is amazing especially for the price point. The subscription is worth it, but only if you are doing a large order for that month (e.g. ordering for a group of friends). You can cancel after a month, but the cancellation process is super finnicky (you only have a five-day window to cancel). Otherwise, definitely don't do the subscription. Especially if you're bad at remembering to cancel things.

I love the unique designs and comfortability. The beauty of the brand is so appealing to me. Ialsolove Rihanna and her creativity expressed through fashion.

Very upset by the way customer service is handled at savage x fenty. I called to cancel my subscription 3 times. Each time the service agent let me know that the membership was cancelled. I kept getting billed despite their promises. Then I requested a refund of all of the months that they should not have been billing me for and never received it. Made a final call where they told me that some of the credits had expired and I had to buy things with my credits that remained instead of the money being put back on my card. Again, I asked for the membership to be canceled 3 times over the phone. The quality is not worth the price, hence the cancelation requests in the beginning. Convinced that all business models like this one are scammy and don’t take well to cancellation requests.

You really cannot beat amazing styles and size range at an awesome price. Not to mention the inclusivity! Some Products have lasted better than others, but at the price point it’s not an issue

Honestly their stuff just hardly ever fits right. I’ve even tried ordering multiple consecutive sizes and still no luck. It either doesn’t fit or sits really weird. It all looks cute, just not actually when worn.

When Savage X Fenty first came out I remember being blown away by the brand. The impact of this company in the lingerie/undergarments space cannot be overstated, they really ushered in a new era of lingerie marketing that gave the old mainstay (looking at you Victoria's Secret) a much needed inclusivity/diversity kick in the butt. However, as time went on I have felt that the product quality and business decisions for this brand have become more questionable. I really dislike their membership model (it's a "free" program to sign up but when you sign up you commit to automatically depositing $60 a month every month unless you manually go in and push a "Skip Month" button) which you have to sign up for unless you want to pay an extra $10-30 on every single product they offer. I tried their membership for about a year before cancelling because of the annoyance of needing to remember to skip every month and then sitting on un-used credits during months where I didn't like the product offerings. The product quality itself is also prone to hits and misses, with some items having supremely uncomfortable wiring issues (e.g. wire poking out of very thin fabric and digging into skin). The creative and artistic vision for the brand is still fresh and pretty, and I do really like some of their products. The extended range of sizing availability is also great. But the clunkiness of the shopping experience is bad enough to outweigh my love for Rihanna + the brand.

I only have one thing from Savage Fenty and I love it but I would like try more. It was given to me by a friend so it was catered to her style but i do like how comfortable it is and supportive. It just wasnt my atyle which isnt the fault fo savage fenty at all.
