Roz earns strong reviews for lightweight, great-smelling formulas that leave hair clean, soft, and frizz-tamed without heaviness, especially for fine to medium hair. Reviews also flag shortcomings: the hair towel underperforms at absorption, some products lack deep cleansing or intensive moisture, certain oils feel hard to rinse or don’t absorb, and packaging can be finicky.

I have been wanting to try the Rōz products for soooo long, and I'm very glad I did! The presentation of the Mini Essentials Kit and the actual product bottles themselves are gorgeous. They all have a lovely scent that is significant, but not overpowering. I've been loving the way my hair smells after using these products. The Foundation Shampoo and Conditioner have been great. For the shampoo, you definitely have to follow the wash, rinse and repeat wash to get a good lather, but I didn't feel like I was using a ton of product to get those results. The conditioner feels nice and seems to spread through the hair easily. I will say that I felt I had to use a couple of extra pumps of the conditioner to feel like I've thoroughly coated my strands. My hair for sure feels fresh and light after using these two products. The Milk Hair Serum is light in a good way, to where it doesn't feel like it's weighing my hair down. I put it on to air dry and it seemed to help bring out my wave pattern a bit more. It did help with frizz but not as much as I had hope. I tried applying it on dry hair to help with frizz as well, and found the frizz returned after it dried. That being said, it definitely felt less frizzy than it does without the serum and I would keep it in my usual routine/rotation moving forward. (See image with the gray shirt for results after shampoo, conditioner and the hair serum applied while hair was wet and air dried.) I've really enjoyed the Santa Lucia Styling Oil as well. A little goes a long way - I only needed a few drops to coat my hair. I put it on damp hair and found that after air drying, my hair felt VERY soft, especially at the bleached ends! It doesn't feel like it weighed my hair down, but also seemed like it didn't bring out my wave pattern as much as the serum did. (See image with the white shirt for results after shampoo, conditioner and the styling oil applied while hair was wet and air dried.) Overall, I would recommend this brand to others who are interested in trying it. I think the Mini Essentials Kit is a great way to check it out without having to commit to the full-size products. There is enough product in the "mini" shampoo and conditioner bottles to get to try them for at least a few days, and I expect the hair serum and styling oil will last me even longer. The shampoo and conditioner come in metal bottles and have refill pouches available, which I appreciate. They are a little pricier than I would typically pay for shampoo and conditioner, but they do feel high-quality. I appreciate that they offer a 20% off if you subscribe to order refills, but then you have to manage that frequency! (For reference, my hair is a medium thickness with a wavy pattern, and my hair has been lightened to blonde from a natural brunette for the past ~10 years or so. I would consider my hair relatively healthy, with regular trims and only coloring - done by a professional - 3 times a year at most. I wash my hair almost every day.)

My go-to leave-in conditioner. I live in a super dry climate so this is the first step after I get out of the shower. Feels very luxe. It's not too heavy so I can layer a styling product on top of it without things getting too weighed down. Awesome smell.

I've used the Foundation Shampoo and Conditioner before and liked the results so I decided to purchase the Santa Lucia Styling Oil to add onto my routine. I was interested in this product because I wanted something with heat protection since I blow dry and straighten my hair every day. The Santa Lucia Styling Oil protects hair up to 450°F. Like other Roz products, the signature scent is amazing, like green fruits and flowers. I like how this can be used on both dry and wet hair, without weighing down my strands while still adding shine and frizz control. I've used other styling oils in the past from Morrocanoil, Ouai, Olaplex, and I liked them each for a bit, but eventually felt like they were ineffective or too heavy for my hair to use every day. So far, Santa Lucia seems like a winner in scent, shine and lightweight feel!

This is my fave Roz product! I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to product in my hair, but this one makes a difference in how smooth and silky it feels. I use one pump to work into my hair before drying, and it just makes my hair look and feel better. Bonus: smells gorgeous.

This is a super lightweight conditioner - perfect if you have fine hair. I like that it's silicone-free and doesn't weigh my hair down. My hair is on the drier side though, so I can't use this everyday (need a deeper conditioner probably every other day). But my hair feels soft and sleek after it dries! As a plus, their packaging is eco, which I appreciate.

This shampoo is lightly fragranced and smells delicious (to me)! It lathers beautifully and is a good daily shampoo. My hair feels clean after using, but I also don't use a ton of product in my hair. If you need a deeper clean, this one might not be for you -- but I'm really enjoying it for everyday use.

This conditioner is very nice and lightweight without leaving your hair greasy! I love that it comes with refillable pouches so that I don’t have to keep rebuying the bottles. The bottles themselves are very high quality and look great in my shower. Highly recommend if you have fine to medium hair like myself!

Appreciate a salt scrub that ALSO provides the cleansing of shampoo. My hair and scalp felt clean, and I see myself using this on a bi-weekly basis - perfect for an everything shower. It smells great, and I noticed my hair smelling amazing the next morning.

Both the root lift and air thickening sprays have been great purchases that add volume that lasts throughout the day, and even into my day two(+) hair without adding any undesirable "crunch" or tacky feelings to my roots. Bonus points that it smells great. For the price, the wave spray is good, but still a little pricy for a somewhat standard salt spray.

The wave mist was helpful to emphasize some of my natural wave without making my hair tacky or crunchy. I will say, for the price, I have used other salt sprays that provide similar results, but this product does manage to feel more weightless than others I hvae tried. Bonus points that it smells great.

Similar to the other products I purchased from Roz, the thickening spray has been a good addition to my hair routine. I have moderately thick and wavy hair that tends to fall flat by the end of the day; combined with the root lift, this added volume that lasts throughout the day without adding any crunchiness or tackiness . Bonus points that it smells great.

The milk hair serum has made SUCH a difference in my daily hair routine. I normally let my hair air dry overnight; I have thick slightly wavy hair and live in the south with a lot of humidity. This is the first product I've used that manages to keep my hair from getting frizzy without weighing it down.

This stuff smells so dang good. It has become a little ritual for me to put it on my damp hair after a shower. I would honestly repurchase this product on that fact alone. I have wavy/frizzy hair and live in a humid climate. I use a little on dry hair sometimes just to help tame the frizz a little and it helps reduce the fly aways.

This is my favorite conditioner. My hair has gotten so strong thanks to the peptides. It’s a bit of an investment but worth every dime. I don’t want to ever be without this conditioner. Truly the best for my curly hair .

I’ve been using the RŌZ Foundation Mask and honestly… it’s fine. It smells amazing and makes my hair feel soft, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference compared to other conditioners or masks I’ve used. It definitely doesn’t damage my hair, which I appreciate, but it’s not a game-changer for me. That said, I’m still optimistic because so many people swear by this brand. I just started trying their shampoo and conditioner to see if using the full lineup makes a bigger difference. Hoping it lives up to the hype.

I have thick hair with split ends, and it gets super frizzy in the dry climate I live in. I tried this evergreen sting cream on blow dried hair, and it smoothed my hair, but weighed it down. I tried it again post up-do, and it seemed to work way better that way. It helped tame the frizz and flyaway and didn't feel too heavy, because my hair was already up.

I got the mini essentials kit and I was not impressed with any of the products. The Milk Serum left my hair greasy and stringy. The shampoo and conditioner were fine, but they didn’t do anything that a drugstore shampoo and conditioner couldn’t do. I also had a heck of a time getting the conditioner to come out of the container. I do like that the packaging is more sustainable than most companies.

Ive been using ROZ for the better part of two years. I work in an upscale beauty boutique and I can attest to its following-people are obsessed and repeat buyers. Try the shampoo and conditioner. and you'll see why its a favorite; doesn';t weigh hair down and the scent is insanely good. The milk is a favorite as well. I use the milk and think its good for my fine strands but the other oil and style products work better on thicker, dryer hair. Also worth noting, the shampoo and conditioner are reflillable.

I am using the St. Lucia Styling Oil and the Milk Leave-In Conditioner. For reference, I have very straight, thin hair. The items smell like luxury- the scent is great and the packaging (glass containers) are quite nice. I use both of these products with the goal of reducing frizziness in my hair post-shower. And helping to add a layer of softness. Both seem to do that well, but the Milk conditioner does that the best by far. I'd compare this brand to Crown Affair- and do feel like the Crown Affair hair oil is one of my favorites that I've used.
