Reviews mention

  • Lightweight textures, luxurious feel
  • Elevated, botanical signature scent
  • Noticeable frizz control performance
  • Lasting, non-crunchy volume
  • Inconsistent cleansing for oily scalps
  • Drying, stubborn salt scrub texture
  • Occasional heaviness on thick hair
  • Mask delivers unremarkable results

Roz earns strong reviews for lightweight, great-smelling formulas that enhance softness, tame frizz, and deliver lasting, non-crunchy volume—particularly the Milk Hair Serum, Root Lift, and Air Thickening Spray—while some users find the Foundation Shampoo/Conditioner under-cleaning on dense or oily hair and the salt scrub overly drying and hard to rinse. Reviews also note standout scent and elegant packaging but mixed performance on the mask and occasional greasiness or heaviness depending on hair type.

  • Appreciate a salt scrub that ALSO provides the cleansing of shampoo. My hair and scalp felt clean, and I see myself using this on a bi-weekly basis - perfect for an everything shower. It smells great, and I noticed my hair smelling amazing the next morning.

  • Both the root lift and air thickening sprays have been great purchases that add volume that lasts throughout the day, and even into my day two(+) hair without adding any undesirable "crunch" or tacky feelings to my roots. Bonus points that it smells great. For the price, the wave spray is good, but still a little pricy for a somewhat standard salt spray.

  • The wave mist was helpful to emphasize some of my natural wave without making my hair tacky or crunchy. I will say, for the price, I have used other salt sprays that provide similar results, but this product does manage to feel more weightless than others I hvae tried. Bonus points that it smells great.

  • Similar to the other products I purchased from Roz, the thickening spray has been a good addition to my hair routine. I have moderately thick and wavy hair that tends to fall flat by the end of the day; combined with the root lift, this added volume that lasts throughout the day without adding any crunchiness or tackiness . Bonus points that it smells great.

  • The milk hair serum has made SUCH a difference in my daily hair routine. I normally let my hair air dry overnight; I have thick slightly wavy hair and live in the south with a lot of humidity. This is the first product I've used that manages to keep my hair from getting frizzy without weighing it down.

  • This stuff smells so dang good. It has become a little ritual for me to put it on my damp hair after a shower. I would honestly repurchase this product on that fact alone. I have wavy/frizzy hair and live in a humid climate. I use a little on dry hair sometimes just to help tame the frizz a little and it helps reduce the fly aways.

  • I got the mini essentials kit and I was not impressed with any of the products. The Milk Serum left my hair greasy and stringy. The shampoo and conditioner were fine, but they didn’t do anything that a drugstore shampoo and conditioner couldn’t do. I also had a heck of a time getting the conditioner to come out of the container. I do like that the packaging is more sustainable than most companies.

  • Ive been using ROZ for the better part of two years. I work in an upscale beauty boutique and I can attest to its following-people are obsessed and repeat buyers. Try the shampoo and conditioner. and you'll see why its a favorite; doesn';t weigh hair down and the scent is insanely good. The milk is a favorite as well. I use the milk and think its good for my fine strands but the other oil and style products work better on thicker, dryer hair. Also worth noting, the shampoo and conditioner are reflillable.

  • I’ve been using the RŌZ Foundation Mask and honestly… it’s fine. It smells amazing and makes my hair feel soft, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference compared to other conditioners or masks I’ve used. It definitely doesn’t damage my hair, which I appreciate, but it’s not a game-changer for me. That said, I’m still optimistic because so many people swear by this brand. I just started trying their shampoo and conditioner to see if using the full lineup makes a bigger difference. Hoping it lives up to the hype.

  • I have thick hair with split ends, and it gets super frizzy in the dry climate I live in. I tried this evergreen sting cream on blow dried hair, and it smoothed my hair, but weighed it down. I tried it again post up-do, and it seemed to work way better that way. It helped tame the frizz and flyaway and didn't feel too heavy, because my hair was already up.

  • I am using the St. Lucia Styling Oil and the Milk Leave-In Conditioner. For reference, I have very straight, thin hair. The items smell like luxury- the scent is great and the packaging (glass containers) are quite nice. I use both of these products with the goal of reducing frizziness in my hair post-shower. And helping to add a layer of softness. Both seem to do that well, but the Milk conditioner does that the best by far. I'd compare this brand to Crown Affair- and do feel like the Crown Affair hair oil is one of my favorites that I've used.

  • Smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling hydrated without weighing it down.

  • asked for the shampoo & conditioner set for christmas: it smells lovely, but just doesn't clean my hair. i have dense wavy hair with thick strands, usually a morning hair wash lasts me two full days before i wash it again the third morning. since i've started using this my hair is greasy by lunchtime the next day after washing. it lathers up nicely and i work to get it all the way into my scalp, but it gets that dirty itchy feeling way quicker than normal. i don't particularly feel like the conditioner does much, but my hair doesn't feel dry or frizzy after showering like i've experienced with other products. i also have to pump like 10 times to get enough product out. i think this would be really nice for someone with finer hair who struggles with dryness and shine. for me, i wouldn't purchase for myself but i'm using it up and will try something else. (it also drives me crazy when shower products are in aluminum packaging... i always get those rusty rings. so i painted the bottom with clear nail polish.) edit: the bottles somehow left blue rings on the side of my tub anyway.

  • Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. I had ordered the Lucia Oil to Portugal, but it arrived broken, and the oil contents were completely empty. Roz tried a second delivery attempt, which ended in Lisbon (I live in the Algarve). We decided to return the parcel and credit the amount to me. Unfortunately, this never happened. Even after several requests to customer service, I am still waiting to receive my money back, which was almost a month ago. The worst thing is that I have obtained no help except a comment that I should contact my bank. That doesn't work for me at all. As much as I was looking forward to the Roz products, I have to say that I was very disappointed. I have neither received the product nor my money back.
