They have a spectacular product. Unfortunately, the courier company you work with is always late. I placed an order on July 5th. The courier brought it to me on July 18. I was already on vacation, and since the courier service did not accept a change of address, we agreed that I would send the order back and you would send it to the vacation address. On July 23 I had an email from the courier saying that they would pass between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Of course, no one came. On July 24, they informed me by email that my shipment was delayed. Therefore, a purchase made and paid for on July 5, 20 days later, has still not arrived to me. I buy a lot online from businesses like Zubi, Rita Von, Oglez, Counting Clouds, Bitrix, Cristina Oria and a long etcetera, but something like this has never happened to me. On the day I write this review, August 7, I still have not received a refund for a purchase made more than 30 days ago and never received. It is a shame that such a good experience with your products is tainted by transportation. It is inconceivable that a purchase takes so long to arrive. I hope you consider changing courier companies. Their body and face oils are dreamy! I do love having different oils for winter and summer and the smell of both is absolutely devine!

On packaging and overall brand experience I love everything that rowse does. I found them online and loved getting a package sent. I've since spotted them in a barcelona hotel, and had I not minded my budget, I would have bought one of each. I absolutely love their gua shas and their powedered masks. Also got a face-mist, with which the nozzle broke quite quickly, which was a shame...

I enjoyed the packaging and the range of products. The brand is super solid, the quality-price I can recommend it for sure.

Their winter oil is one of my favourite beauty products ever. It feels great on my skin and I love the gentle smell.

I discovered Rowse a year ago while randomly scrolling through Instagram which honestly can be hit and miss but this brand is definitely a hit for me! I have several of their face oils which I apply with the Rowse gua sha and face roller which is a great treat even my boyfriend got hooked up on it (usually I can't even get him to moisturise or put sunscreen). I have also tried their solid shampoos which lather so well and leave the hair smelling amazing and looking shiny. The only down side of these is that they finish quite quickly but are quite expensive :( (here I need to mention that 2 of us were using the shampoo bar)
