Ritual earns largely positive reviews for well-sourced, traceable multivitamins, easy-on-the-stomach capsules, and a mint or citrus essence that makes daily use pleasant; many users report steadier energy, less bloating with Synbiotic+, and prenatal tolerance. However, reviews also flag strong mint/fishy aftertaste, mixed efficacy (some feel no difference), occasional bloating or reactions, and sustainability gripes over recurring plastic bottles and hard-to-modify subscriptions.

I really like this brand, I felt good taking these vitamins. They are very transparent about ingredients and why they are important. I appreciate educating customers. However, it just got a bit too expensive for my budget.

Would love to see price changes to be more accessible.

I take the women prenatal vitamin and use the essential protein powder. I'm on my first pregnancy and couldn't find a prenatal vitamin that didn't make me nauseous. A girlfriend suggested ritual and it was a game changer. I can take the vitamins anytime of day, with or without food and they have this wonderful hint of lemon that doesn't make you burp gross smells. The protein powder is light and has a vanilla taste. It's not chalky or thick, but the perfect accent to my daily fruit smoothies.

Give us more protein powder flavors! Love the vanilla but would adore a chocolate too.
I can't comment about the quality of the supplements, but I was intrigued by the innovative formulations and decided to try it out. Of course, like so much else these days, Ritual works on a subscription model. After a few months I realized I wasn't remembering to take them enough and the cost was just too much to stay subscribed. The brand seems to have a very good ethic with regards to how they source and package the supplements, but it's too young of a brand to have the solid track record of some of the older brands such as Solgar. Since taking supplements is largely an act of faith, it's crucial to trust the source. It's not that I don't trust Ritual—but I can't justify spending top price for a relatively young brand of supplements.

I use to always get migraines - ever since I started taking ritual I rarely do- I must have been lacking in my vitamins prior because I feel great now. Love the minty after taste.
Love their education first approach. I definitely trust their formulation and love the transparency.

I wish it didn't come in a new bottle every month. I have like 12. Can I send those back to you?

I love the women's daily multivitamin. The company has taken pains to include the vitamins you want to see in a multi and produced it to have a pleasant, fresh scent. The soft capsule form vs a hard pill makes it more palatable too. The recurring subscription makes supply a no-brainer.
Feedback
The prenatal vitamin does not have as much folate per serving as competitors, which deterred me from adding it to my rotation.
I used these for a few years but eventually got behind on taking them and the bottles started stacking up. The subscription model is not the easiest to modify. A friend of mine who works in pharmacy had questions about some of the ingredients. It is convenient to have an all-in-one multivitamin that's shipped monthly on a subscription model. Overall, these were... fine.
Great, high quality vitamins and customer service. No complaints!
Just started taking ritual vitamins and so far they are very light on the stomach and the lemon scent is a nice touch to help them go down easy. My only gripe is that it is cheaper to subscribe to the service through Amazon until I tried to cancel on the primary site and they offered a discount for a few months. Would rather shop direct and be rewarded for that!
I’ve been trying to figure out if the synbiotic works for months and if I’m still questioning it, I’m going to go ahead and say they don’t make enough of a difference to justify the cost. I have a lot of digestive issues and I was really interested in Ritual’s survivability testing and transparency. Most probiotics don’t offer that kind of detail, so I definitely commend the brand for that. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t seem to make a difference for me.
Quality multi vitamin, with multiple benefits. Also love the fact that the capsules are clear and there is a mint taste to them. Seem to give me energy and are pretty reliable in terms of vitamin brands.
I've only being taking Ritual's 18+ supplement for about 2 weeks. So far, I've noticed minor improvement to energy. Hopeful as time goes on that I'll notice improvements in other areas of my health.
MY GO TO PRENATALS!! As a first time mom, these were SOOO good to me. I had really bad all day sickness throughout my 1-2nd trimester. These prenatal were good to my tummy and helped me get what I needed without the following effects that other prenatal gave me.
I have tried their prenatal vitamins and enjoy the scent and flavor from the essential oils - so no bad tasting supplements. Very innovative!

Love that the prenatals are HSA eligible and I keep them in my daily vitamin routine!
I have tried their prenatal vitamins and really enjoyed them. They’re easily to take and I can appreciate that they take the time to only use the best most essential ingredients without any fillers.

They are on the pricier side for a prenatal. However, they have a lot of other products that I would really like to try for gut and overall health!
I ordered the pro/pre/postbiotic supplement as well as the women's multivitamin. I am on my third set of bottles and I absolutely love them! I have tried many different vitamins/supplements and these by far are the best. If you are struggling with "bathroom visits" the pro/pre/postbiotic is for YOU! it really helps you regulate everything and you'll notice a significant improvement in bloating- that's what I struggled with the most.

The multivitamin has a great combo of vitamins and I like the packaging. The mint flavor was really strong for me. I personally am not a big fan of mint so I had a friend try it out and they agreed it was a bit strong. It is also a bit pricey so if you don't like mint I would say the multivitamin isn't worth the cost otherwise, give it a try!

Other flavor options may help or non-flavored multivitamins
I loved the daily multivitamin! Made taking vitamins fun. I preferred this to Care/of because it felt less wasteful and less complicated. I like that I didn't have to think about what vitamins I wanted to take - they just keep it simple and easy. The protein powder was cool but not for me.

Protein powder didn't have the best taste and was very thick in my opinion.
I really like that Ritual is transparent about where they source their ingredients. I took the prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy and the postnatals after…It was super easy having these sent to my house every month, but the frequency was definitely messed up during the holidays. There was a time they were sent too late and because of processing/shipping time I had to go out and buy prenatals from the market from another brand to take while I waited for them to arrive. I contacted customer service about it and they weren’t very helpful.
I like how a convenient the vitamins are as they have multi vitamins in 2 capsules however they taste truly awful. I can barely swallow the pills without wanting to gag because of the taste. The brand has tried to eliminate the taste with a mint coating but I honestly don't feel like it helps at all. I also didn't really see the effect of having so many vitamins rather than taking separate supplements by themselves.

The taste and effectiveness.
